It includes: a double bed, 1 flat screen TV, coffee table, kitchenette, fridge top and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Secure location with digicode, camera and night surveillance agent (internet/Freebox channel/Netflix/Playstation). Breakfast included. 7 euros more per additional person. Transportation nearby.

The apartment as well as the accesses (stairwell) have been completely renovated and retain the old style of the buildings of the historic center of Rennes (exposed beams , woodwork, original stones...). Ideally located, the "Rennes Plein Centre" gite/apartment is located between the Parliament of Brittany and the Opera. Close to the Convent of the Jacobins (3 minutes walk). A 10-minute walk to the train station, we rent our apartment during our absences. It is ideal for business trips but also for exploring the city. Restaurants, bars, cinemas, theater, Carrefour City are within a 15-minute walk. The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a small building. It consists of a kitchen overlooking the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
