Monthly Rentals in Centro

Nico was a great host! La Latina was an incredible neighborhood - incredibly close to excellent restaurants and anything you might want to do in Madrid.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy little apartment right in the heart of Malasaña! The location couldn’t be better — surrounded by trendy cafés, vintage shops, and tapas bars, yet tucked away just enough to feel quiet at night. Everything was within walking distance: Gran Vía, Chueca, even Retiro if you don’t mind a longer stroll. The apartment itself is small but well thought-out — perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to a comfy bed and fast Wi-Fi. The host was super responsive and gave great local tips, which made me feel even more at home.

Overall the apartment was great, it was in a good and diverse neighborhood, walkable to so many things (grocery store, restaurants, cafes + metro/bus). The building has an elevator which was a great plus and also had AC in unit which during a hot summer in Madrid is valuable lol The low ceilings was a bit annoying to navigate so something to consider for tall people. I’m short so it was bearable — I had to crawl into the bedroom (loft upstairs) and kitchen has low ceilings but living room and bathroom are normal. There was a lot of construction going on for the month I was there (this is no one’s fault) just mentioning I could hear a lot of the noise. Overall, would stay here again :)

The hospitality given by Andres and Christian was amazing. Great communication and prompt answers to all the doubts and advices. I’m seriously thinking on be back to that place. Thanks for all Domingo Mendoza Romero
