Wonderful stay, great location and very helpful Hosts. We stayed three days in the apartment, I have to say that I have never found such a well-stocked and organized place. From the cleanliness, comfort and kindness of Fiorenza and Andrea, who helped make everything impeccable by meeting our needs. Great location to reach from the train station and strategic to get to the city center on foot (supermarkets 10 min away). We'll definitely be back. Thanks again!

We had a great time in the place, clean, spacious and furnished with personality: it meets every need. Great availability from Mr. Giuseppe on the flexibility of arrival/departure times, as well as on the possibility of parking the car near the apartment, which was very convenient for loading/unloading the e-bikes we had below. With short trips we were able to reach several bike paths, including the Bike Food Valley, the Taro Regional Park and routes along the banks of the Po River, which took us all the way to Guastalla (RE).

Great rental!! Paolo is an exceptional host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book with him the visits of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and the exceptional jacuzzi! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! The perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

I found myself in God's apartment, it was clean and quiet As soon as you exit, you will find bars for breakfast and aperitif restaurants all within easy reach. Excellent, spacious and very clean, and in addition the Host is very kind and helpful.

What a beautiful and quiet location to stay. We were welcomed by Rosie. The apartment was very clean and Rosie had prepared water and beer in the fridge. This made us feel very welcome. If you want to visit Parma, this is the best place to stay!

An excellent location within walking distance of Parma’s many attractions and restaurants. Apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed and decorated. It was as described and shown in the photos. Tonin was an excellent host, communicated well, met us on arrival and responded almost immediately in person to a query regarding the electrics. The apartment could be somewhat noisy at night from street noise. Tobin’s apartment was an excellent place to stay.
