Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Lipenka Apartment

Apartment LIPENKA is located directly on the shores of Lipno Lake in the village of Černá v Pošumaví. The apartment includes a front garden overlooking the lake. There are plenty of options in the area to spend your free time in close contact with the lake and the nature of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the unique bike trail no. 33, also called the Šumava Magistrale. Nearby there is the famous Canopy Walk, a bobsleigh track, the Lipno-Kramolín ski resort, an aquapark and a sauna world in Frymburk.

The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

We pride ourselves on loyalty and discretion, here it's just you, the fireplace and the hot tub! An outdoor hot tub is available for non-stop operation. Always clean sheets, towels and bath towels. Panorama House Lipno is located in the area of Karlovy Dvory, 3km from the village of Horní Planá for shopping opportunities. Swimming in the Lipno Reservoir at a distance of 750m.

Experience the freedom of the Wild West! Tiny House Wild West stands right above a pond in the middle of pastures, where cows roam freely and the peace is disturbed only by the crackling of fire. Relax in a hot tub with a massage system, swim in a pond or try to catch your own fish. Tanned wood, the smell of nature and complete privacy - here you are only you, nature and freedom. And if one pond wasn't enough for you, 100 meters to the southwest you'll find another pond in the middle of the wilderness.

The Hobbit House is located 50 meters from the Lipno Dam. You can look forward to a newly equipped, cozy cottage with the possibility of outdoor seating and barbecue. There are four other cottages in the building. The wooden house offers comfortable and unique accommodation for two adults (double bed) and one child or person up to 160 cm (upper bed) The cottage is equipped with a kitchen including a stove, kettle, dishes, toilet with shower and terrace with grill. Free parking on site.

Lipenská Chajda offers magical accommodation in the historic village of Radslav. The accommodation is located in the historic village of Radslav near Černá in Pošumaví, a few minutes walk from Lipna beach. Chajda is suitable for 1-2 families or for 6 friends, who will be throughout the stay under the supervision of the elf Radoslav, who stands right at the front door. The hotel in the immediate vicinity also offers our guests a sauna, massages, all-day meals and bicycle rental.
