L’appartamento di Andrea corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione, piccolo ma ben fatto, sono rimasto stupefatto dalla pulizia dei locali, lenzuola ed asciugamani profumavano di pulito. La casa si trova in ottima posizione, in pochi passi si è in centro. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da Andrea e da sua mamma(persona deliziosa), per prima cosa ci hanno chiesto cosa gradivamo da bere, e successivamente con pazienza ci hanno spiegato tutte le spiagge ed i ristoranti dell’isola, dandoci indicazioni precise per qualità e prezzi. Ho apprezzato la velocità di Andrea di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda gli ponessi per messaggio, rispondendo in maniera celere ed esaustiva. Ci hanno fatto vivere una vacanza estremamente piacevole, respirando aria familiare. Per tutte queste ragioni mi sento di consigliare gli alloggi di Andrea, prima di tutto per le persone oltre a tutto il resto. Grazie Andrea torneremo senz’altro a trovarvi per conoscere anche la nuova arrivata.

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

Alloggio situato a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e a una mezz’ora a piedi dal centro storico (oppure con uber 5’, una corsa costa circa 5/6€), vicino all’appartamento c’è un ristorante ottimo con prezzi onesti e qualità alta. Matija è stato gentilissimo e ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi particolari. Casa pulita e spaziosa soprattutto per una coppia, aria condizionata, lavatrice e forno. Se dovessi tornare a Zadar di sicuro tornerei in questo Airbnb, senza il minimo dubbio! Un saluto speciale ad Aurora e Nilo, i genitori di Matija.

Minden az ígérteknek megfelelő volt. Csodás környezetben van a ház, remek hogy elől és hátul is van terasz. Így láthattuk a napfelkeltét és a naplementét is. A Rucica beach-re teljesen rá lehet látni. A ház környékén nagyon sok birka van szabadon, lehet mindig hallani és látni őket. Egy negatívum hogy a klímát nem mertük használni, mert tiszta por és gomba volt. Arra nagyon ráférne egy alapos takarítás. Ezt leszámítva minden szuper volt. Ajánlom!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr Entspannt, hatte gute Anbindung an die Hauptstraße und war trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen, zudem keine Mücken in den Räumen ;) Check in war flexibel und alles vorhanden was man braucht für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt

Mirjana heb ik zelf helaas niet ontmoet maar ze was wel altijd bereikbaar. Haar man en zoon wel en ze waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Appartementje is van alles voorzien zelfs vers fruit en koekjes. In het huis ligt ook een restaurant dat heerlijke gerechten maakt. Eigen parkeerplaats is heel fijn.

Ruhiges Häuschen in guter Lage auf einem sehr nett angelegten Grundstück. Bis zum ersten „Strand“ sind es nur wenige Meter, auch etwas schönere Buchten sind in 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Kristijan und seinem Bruder Danijel lief ohne Probleme, beide haben immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet, auch Tipps zu Lokalen oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab’s via WA. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft mit vielen Kräutern und Olivenbäumen. Leider gabs zu dem Zeitpunkt wo wir dort waren (Ende Mai) eine ziemliche Raupenplage, vor allem auf der Eiche zu Beginn des Grundstücks welche den Krabbelradius des Babies notgedrungen etwas eingeschränkt haben. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht wenn auch die Kaffeemaschine leider defekt war - Ersatz wäre aber organisiert worden wenn nötig ☺️ Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist wie schon von einigen vorher geschrieben etwas schwierig. Wir würden jedenfalls gerne wiederkommen, dann vllt zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt im Jahr😊

The studio was tidy and nice, matching the description and with the necessary tools. It's good for 2 people. The light and sound isolation was maybe not perfect, but Goran quickly provided us with a solution. The communication was always good and easy ! The neighbourhood is nice for calm holidays and it's good if you have a car to explore further away.

Perfect house. Highly recommended. Everything is there. Very comfortable. Great communication. Look forward to be back next time.

Wir waren zu acht bei dieser tollen location! Marijo und sein Team haben tolle Arbeit geleistet es gab für den Empfang tolle Platten sowie frische kekse auch hat er sich informiert ob alles okay bei uns sei er kam auch in der woche um den Pool zu putzen das ist einfach super sowie ein tag vor der Abreise brachte er uns sehr viele Windbeutel allgemein fande wir die Lage super es ist super ruhig dort und es ist einfach empfehlenswert dort seinen Urlaub zu machen vielen dank für diesen tollen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Dla mnie to miejsce było idealne. Wygodny i przytulny apartament dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Na granicy starego miasta, dzięki czemu z domu wychodzisz wprost na starówkę a jednocześnie bez problemu parkujesz samochód dosłownie przed samymi drzwiami. W zasięgu 10 minutowego spaceru jest wszystko co potrzeba: restauracje, sklep i plaża. Sam apartament jest bardzo wygodny, czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne aby komfortowo spędzić kilka dni. Internet szybki. Gospodarze pomogą we wszystkim, są bardzo mili i komunikatywni.

This place was THE MOST BEAUTIFUL house I have ever been to. There is a private beach/river boat and backyard that has full kitchen and barbecue capacity, and it just feels so surreal to be there right on the riverside. Jasmin was so kind, responsive and accommodating. The house was so clean and spacious. It was perfect for us to have a basecamp to travel to Plitvice. I highly recommend this house to anyone who will be visiting the area. The neighborhood itself is so peaceful and beautiful as well. Please don’t hesitate to book this place!!!!! Absolutely amazing.

Vielen Dank nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt, es wurde schnell und freundlich auf alle Fragen reagiert. Wenn man Privatsphäre und einen ruhigen Urlaub möchte, ist das der perfekte Ort mit toller Aussicht von der Terrasse aus und einem Pool zum abkühlen. Ohne Auto wird es jedoch auf jeden Fall schwierig! Unseren Hund konnte man ganz einfach frei laufen lassen, da alles eingezäunt ist, jedoch haben uns Wege für Spaziergänge vom Haus aus gefehlt, hier gibt es leider wenige Möglichkeiten. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Dora und ihrem Vater!

Had a wonderdul stay in Zadar! We really enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Ich reise sehr glücklich wieder zurück - mein kleiner Urlaub in Zaglav bei Petra war perfekt. Petra ist eine super liebe Person, die mir vorher schon hilfreiche Tipps zur Fähre gegeben hat. Das Appartement ist super ruhig direkt am Hafen gelegen - ich könnte unfassbar schöne Sonnenaufgänge von dem großen Balkon aus sehen😍 Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, liebe Petra☀️

C’était notre premier séjour en Croatie. Nous avons vu des paysages et des villes magnifiques, je recommande l’île de Krk et l’île de Pag, la ville de Rovinj, le Parc National Sjeverni Velebit ❤️ et bien sûr le Parc National de Plitvička Jezera. Mais le panorama le plus beau est celui de l’Adriatique et des Îles que vous retrouvez chaque jour en rentrant chez Ornela. Merci encore Ornela pour ce magnifique séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir un peu de votre si beau pays et merci pour votre accueil !

We had a nice stay at Sanel‘s Apartment and a great time in Novalja. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and Sanel is friendly, helpful and always reliable. He helped us out in every situation. The apartment was clean and the equipment of kitchen etc. was quite okay. The apartment is perfectly located and we could walk to every hotspot in the city. Nothing beats the great balkony with the wonderful view! We will definitely come again! :)

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.
