It is a great accommodation and exactly as described. We lacked nothing, even shampoo, shower gel and soap were completely available. Vit is a great host. Even on rainy days, we received suggestions for activities. We can only recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back. Thanks to Vit and family

We had a wonderful time here. The house and garden are so beautiful and so lovingly designed. It is quiet and very idyllic, and the surroundings are great for walks. The house has everything you need and communication with Žofie was easy and pleasant. We really felt very comfortable.

The stay was very nice – we would love to come back. Although the property is located on a street, the traffic is pleasantly quiet. The nearby railway tracks with their hourly trains are hardly noticeable after a short time and sometimes even offer interesting views. The property itself has a lot of potential, and the promotion of insects is also visibly valued. An even stronger focus on sustainability and habitats for insects and birds would further enrich the overall picture and further underline the special atmosphere of the place. The house is very well glazed, so that no noise can be perceived inside. Thanks u so much!

The truth is that we feel very comfortable. Everything was as advertised, the house is as it appears in the publication. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Charcoal grill available, full kitchen with basic cooking items. They let us arrive a little earlier and we were able to leave a little later than advertised. Excellent, highly recommended. Accommodation with absolutely above-standard kitchen equipment, facilities for children and a large garden, which hides a lot of beautiful places to play and relax. The local cat was a nice addition, especially for the kids :). We enjoyed the stay very much, the location for walks and trips around the area was great and the communication with the hosts was absolutely smooth. We can highly recommend it and we will be happy to return here sometime in the future!

Total fantasy. Beautiful timbered cottage, tucked away on the edge of the forest, behind a small stream. Magical place. Cottage perfectly equipped, clean, stylish romantic place. Drowns in the fireplace, romance. I'm sure we'll be back.

Petr personally welcomed us at the house and was always friendly for questions. The cozy house is quiet and in good weather there is a covered outdoor area for sitting/eating. I would book the place again.

Martin is an easy host to communicate and his place is amazing with all the things you will need as if you were at your own place.

We were within walking distance to the city center where there are restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The apartment was enough for a family of 4. We also did cooking in the kitchen! Parking was also available, though you may need to walk a little if the narrow street in front of the apartment is full.

A beautiful place to stay in a magical place. The house is tastefully renovated, the apartment was cozy and practically furnished. We look forward to going here sometime in the summer and using the expansive garden.

We spent a long weekend with our son and family dog in Ceska Lipa. We had a great time and enjoyed all the comfort this nice flat could offer. I would recommend this appartment for a family stay. It’s clean, nicely decorated and equiped.

We had a wonderful time in Liberec. The apartment is superbly located, with parking in front of the house. We were able to explore the city on foot without any problems and leave the car behind. The small garden area with table and chairs is also very nice. We felt completely comfortable.

Jana's accommodation is beautiful. Located directly on the river and a great garden with a view of the mountains. Jana is very friendly and helpful. She was always easy to reach and we felt very comfortable. Absolutely recommended!
