The picturesque nature of the Šumava region, right on the shores of Lipno, offers relaxation in apartment A121, which is part of the Molo Lipno Resort project. A modern and cozy apartment with its own infrared sauna in the bathroom will simply delight you. It has two bedrooms. The Resort includes a 150-meter-long wooden observation pier (the longest inland pier in Central Europe), a fine dining experience restaurant MOLO Lipno or a grill bar on the pier and promenade, where there will be a number of smaller Alpine-style shops and a café and bistro.

The house is situated about 3 km from the city centre. Český Krumlov is the famous historic town,with a UNESCO site. Another near places: Šumava Mountains and Lake Lipno.

The house is located directly on the bike path between Horní Planá and Nová Pec and is also close to a small maintained beach, about 400m from the house. The 35m2 apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, oak double bed 180x200, sofa bed for everyday sleeping 160x200, dining table, TV and free WIFI. The apartment has its own spacious bathroom and balcony.
