very comfortable 1 floor house, clean and well located to see the best tourist attractions in the region. Thierry was very kind, respectful of privacy but responsive to any questions. Highly recommended for a great holiday in Brittany.

I had a lovely stay at Cédric's place. The accommodation is pleasant, clean and well appointed. Very good communication, clear instructions for arriving and using the accommodation. Its location allowed me to visit the region. The accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from Rennes and 1 hour from the nearest beaches.

Jacqueline is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation matches the photos, everything is well done and practical (provision of towels, tissues, blanket). We had a great time. The only downside would be that for 10 people, 2 bathrooms (including one in the master suite) is a little tight and the fridge a little small, but when you come as a family you adapt and it works! We'll keep this address for next time. 😉 Thanks again for everything, Jacqueline, it was great!!!! 🤗

The accommodation was in line with the description, well-equipped and ideally located for visiting the region and in particular Mont Saint Michel which is 30 minutes' drive away. The host was very responsive and caring, with good recommendations for discovering the area. We had a great time and will be back with pleasure. Thanks again!

Everything great, great house, beautiful garden. Only the extra bed linen costs, was not clear to me before. Unfortunately, the dishwasher didn't work either

Hello We returned yesterday, we spent 4 days in Paimpont. We met Theo, who responded quickly to my text. Theo is very responsive and very kind. The accommodation is very good and it's very quiet. For people who want to be in a quiet place, I recommend this accommodation.

Great place to stay to visit north and west Brittany. Within 30 mins of the coast, the Rance river, St Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint Michel. The local village also has a bakery and small supermarket. The accommodation had everything we needed for self catering and the pool was very nice to use on the warmer days. We enjoyed visiting the animals (hens, donkey and sheep) in the evenings too with our little one. Typhaine was a very helpful host with great local recommendations.

We stayed as a group of 4, including a baby, in the accommodation, it was great. Warm welcome, explains in detail how the accommodation works. Sheets, baby bed towels and high chair are available. It's great. I recommend it. Our stay was incredibly nice. The area is very nice and peaceful.

Very good stay with Damien. The accommodation is functional and very pleasant. The pool is great . It's safe, there's a reception that makes recommendations every day. It's very convenient. Food trucks come to the residence almost every night. The accommodation is very well located (20 min from Dinan, St Malo) Small downside for the bedding, which was certainly comfortable but a little small. If you are tall, your feet will probably stick out. Nevertheless, I recommend it and I would come back without hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay, the place is perfect for disconnecting. The cottage is perfectly suited to children who were able to have fun in the garden with a swing, trampoline, etc. We won't hesitate to return to Greg and Cecile's during a future stay!

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. We had a lovely week, the cottage is full of rustic charm and the garden is beautiful. We woke to bird song every morning and even had a deer in the garden one evening. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside which we enjoyed exploring by motorbike. If you are looking for a peaceful, secluded retreat with several small towns with good supermarkets 20 minutes away this place is perfect.

Wherever you look, everything is elegant and refined. In this small, welcoming and warm house, the comfort of the occupants has not been forgotten. There is no doubt that we will stay there again if our "crossroads" lead us once again to this enchanting region.

The apartment is nice and comfortable! It is well equipped and everything is in good shape. I enjoyed my stay there. As for the host, he is reliable and responsive. Overall, a good place to rent should you visit the beautiful city of Rennes.
