The independent apartment of 37 m2 is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our home. It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market 90 m away, the train station 200 m away, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

Close to Beaune, a few km from the Wine Route, you can enjoy a quiet relaxing stay in "la ptite maison" Old renovated house ideal for 1 person or 1 couple. Our 18th century winemaker's house offers luxury accommodation for six people. Situated in historic Monthelie, the house is a short walk from Meursault, and 7Km from Beaune. Features include a heated pool overlooking the vineyard and 2 outdoor dining terraces . The cottage is equipped for food and wine loving visitors and has secure parking on site. The house is not well suited for young children who cannot swim.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
