We stayed here for a few days and were absolutely delighted! The apartment fully corresponds to the description: clean, cozy and very stylishly decorated. I was especially pleased with the availability of everything necessary for a comfortable stay — from kitchen utensils to shower products. The location is excellent — there are shops, cafes, a park and the sea nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for evening walks. Special thanks to the hosts for the quick communication and warm welcome — everything was organized at the highest level! I highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly stay here again on my next visit!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the city and just a short walk from the sea. The house was incredibly comfortable and had all the essential amenities, making it easy for our family to feel right at home. The kids especially loved it! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

Alexandra is a very responsible, easy to communicate person,always in touch,since we booked her apartment, she helped us with any necessary information. The apartment is small,clean,comfortable bed,beautiful sea view, 2 minutes to the sea,near the store ,very close to the botanical garden.

Badri has a beautiful place, which is just next to the batumi botanical garden. So you’re super near to the city yet situated in a lush and calm place. The view is 10/10.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

This was an amazing experience! The apartment is located in the best resort I have ever been in the region, with multiple swimming pools, restaurants, aqua park, beach bars, private beach, tennis courts etc. Apartment itself is spacious, with the balcony and sea view and fully furnished with all necessities. Both living room and bedroom, are equipped with TVs. Host was very helpful and responsive, gave us also very good and helpful tips. In overall we had an amazing time there and the price was also great! Definitely recommend to everyone. In my view it is the best place to stay in Adjara region.

Everything was wonderful. Comfortable apartment with good view and convenient location. There are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment had everything you need.

My wife and I really liked it - the room is clean , the Internet is very fast and comfortable for watching movies , the water in the shower is comfortable, without jumps from cold to hot. All appliances in the room are working , air conditioning is working, the balcony is chic for work , if you take out the chair there. Thank You !

Andrew's place was just perfect to stay at. The accommodation has a great sea view, very cosy and well equipped, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping mall. Andrew is very polite and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be recommended to anyone who is looking for perfect place in Batumi.

Anna is a great host. The check-in was well organized. Excellent apartment on the 2nd floor. A beautiful balcony with a sofa and armchairs and a dining table were built on the territory by another large beautiful pool, as in 5* hotels. Also, a supermarket , a pharmacy and a souvenir shop opened on the territory Many beautiful fountains and places where you can enjoy beautiful views (Skye bar 19th floor floor ).

The villa is exceptional, as described. The house is spacious, there is a wonderful lawn where we had a picnic. The house is in a very calm and quiet area, clean air, beautiful mountains and not far from the shore. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The host of the house helped with the rental of the car. He also talked about the nearby attractions. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will be happy to stay in this house next time.

Very nice house with a large living room, terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas)))as well as with an outdoor dining area) Clean, large kitchen. Beautiful view of the sea and the mountains) clean cozy rooms, fresh bedding and towels))Warm welcome and hospitality of hosts)) The only thing is that it's a little too high for walking distance from the beach) With a car, it's a perfect option.
