We welcome you to our cottage in the heart of a private domain located 1h15 from Paris on the edge of the Yonne. Bordered by two terraces, it offers two visions : on the south side, a view of the oak forest; on the north side, a view of a pond and its fauna. In its nest of greenery, our chalet will seduce you with its calm and its evenings by the fire. Free access: tennis (snowshoes provided), fishing ponds. Facilities: a swing. Note: sheets, towels, and tea towels not provided.

The chalet is in the middle of nature, on a territory of several hectares. Quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Located 10 min from Gien and 5 min from the village of Dampierre. The chalet has 2 bedrooms with storage, TV and 160x200 beds, sheets included, including one bedroom with two beds. The accommodation has a terrace with a view of the gravel pit. You can stroll and spend a moment by the water, at the edge of a private pond located 800m away.
