The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants. We have a portable BBQ that will be available and set up on the patio by the pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces on which there is plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, and tables for guests to relax and enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets.

It is only an 8-minute drive from the port and the center. It is an ideal choice for friends and families.

Our house is located 150 meters from the sea, it has a small pool, bicycles, toys for young children, plenty of outdoor space and everything a family or a large group needs to have a nice vacation. There is space for study or work with a desk. And a gym with a weight mat and various exercise sets. We have bicycles for all ages!Our pool is shallow, ideal for young children. Upon request, there is a barbecue area.
