It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Quiet location, 2-minute walk to the center of the village.

Welcome to Drôme Provençale! 🪴 In an old building, I rent a studio on the 1st floor of a condominium with parking space. Located a 400-meter walk to the center of the village. It is composed of a single room: A beautiful kitchen. A 140 x 190 cm double bed. A table and 2 chairs, a small sofa bench. A large closet. A closed bathroom with shower tray, sink and toilet. Reversible air conditioning. A south-facing exterior.

Renovated stone house from the 18 th century located in a historic hamlet clause to Grignan Kitchen full a quipped One double bed in one bedroom and two single beds that can be converted into a big size bed in the second bedroom. The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage.
