At Home in Madrid VII, Trendy Neighborhood

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

This modern and spacious apartment is located in the trendy neighborhood of Malasaña. It has been recently renovated and it is our home when we stay in Madrid. It is a short walk away from the subway station Tribunal, the pedestrian shopping area of Fuencarral, the Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and Plaza de España. The street is very lively, with a nice selection of restaurants and cafes. We have put a lot of care into this place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Newly renovated apartment, a 10-minute walk to the Bernabeu. Very cozy, with lots of light and everything you need to enjoy a few days in Madrid. We are also pet-friendly, just let us know 😊 With the entry into force of the new Tenant Single Registry Law, ALL tenants must provide us with their ID/PASSPORT, postal address, and all contact information. Penthouse with terrace Pza Castilla (3 metro lines)

Duplex attic penthouse with private terrace and views of the 4 Towers and the mountains. This is a 3rd with a fully renovated elevator carried out in 2022. Quiet neighborhood, with very good communication just 5 minutes walk from Plaza Castilla. Supermarket just below. I rent for weeks, fortnight and months. Longer seasons to see.
