Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! This home is a two-bedroom suite, one of which is in a tower (no kitchen). They are tiled with terracotta and the French ceiling is made of oak. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower (Languedoc marble and Burgundy stone) and a toilet. Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price shown. Accommodation for 4 people, or 5 with an extra bed.

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

New in 2025: an air conditioning system has been installed.
