Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in the village of Courmas in the Natural Park of the Reims Mountain, 13 km from Reims. We are labeled 3 stars Gite de France. In our cottage everything is included, towels, bed linen and towels. Our cottage has independent access to our house and free, enclosed parking or a parking space in front of the cottage. For all electric bike rides, do not hesitate to contact us as this is by reservation only.
