From the Chalet there are several hiking trails, as well as being comfortable for flying in paragliding and horseback riding.

Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

“La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact.
