Located in the very center of Périgueux, "L 'atelier" is a completely independent accommodation on 2 levels. It is air-conditioned and a small pool is accessible in the small courtyard (shared space) On the ground floor, a kitchen is at your disposal as well as a living area with TV, Wifi, coffee, tea. The bathroom with shower, toilet is also on the ground floor just before taking the stairs to the bedroom where you will also find a foosball table.

We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.
