Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Welcome to the plateau in the heart of Angoulême. Ideally located in the cathedral district, this superb and warm townhouse welcomes you for a rejuvenating stay. This bright house of 60 m2 is located 350 m from the town hall square, 1.3 km from the SNCF station, 150 m from the cathedral and the museum. For a leisure or professional stay, take advantage of its interior courtyard, its large bedroom with a 180cm bed and all its amenities.

This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you
