The place is in the center, for a less than a minute you can find restaurants, shops, bars. The bus station is only 20m from the apartnent, we did not use as the Cervinia lift was only 10-13min drive. The area is great, friendly people, lots to do. I would definitely recommend the place. Everything is as described.

Timeless place, where we had a great time . The house is spacious and well equipped. I would recommend this place for a refreshing stay.

We arrived at Roberto's wonderful property, being met by Andrea, who spoke perfect English, to gain easy access. Booking, and subsequent communication with Andrea/Roberto, were straight forward. This was the beginning of a fabulous holiday in the Alps. The property was clean, HUGE, traditional, well located and immaculately presented. Our children revelled in the outdoor spaces. A 15 min drive (car essential) to the supermarket and local shops, were everything Italian could be had. An excellent stay for us. Roberto and Andrea even helped us escape from the area during an incredible storm. Thank you Roberto/Andrea. Steve and Ariel.

If you're looking for a place that combines comfort with authentic Italian hospitality, look no further. We couldn't recommend this home and these hosts more highly!

We booked Nicolò's place to have the opportunity to relax after a quite stressful first half of the year and the place did not disappoint. We had the pool to ourselves, the entire place is separated from the main home from the owners so that gave us a lot of privacy, the gym is also private (that was cool too) and our dog Poncho had a nice garden to ran, play, chase iguanas, etc. Bepe made us feel welcomed right away and was super helpful, proactive, while also respecting our privacy. Also, Ivrea might not be so well-known but there are plenty of nice cafes, gelaterias, bars, trails to walk, lakes - there's plenty of stuff to do. 10 out of 10. Great hosts, great place - we loved it, we'll be back :)

Great stay for us. The property is beautiful, well equipped and in a fantastic location with great views. The care and attention to detail taken by Clelia and Marco to make guest stays comfortable exceeded expectations. They are wonderful hosts! We only stayed one night but would happily have stayed more! Highly recommended!

Great visit. Well located and plenty of space.

A very great place to stay to unwind. A fenced garden is great if you want to go on vacation with your dog. Next door lives a farmer who is also very nice and sometimes gives away fresh eggs or cheese. The place was very clean and everything was available as described. The way up to the property should not be underestimated, as it is sometimes steep uphill. There are plenty of shopping opportunities, but they can only be reached by car if you need to go faster, as it takes up to 25 minutes to drive to a large supermarket. No negative point, you just have to plan for it. All in all a very nice stay if you want to have your peace and quiet and like to be very secluded from many others. Thanks to Nadir for the good service and availability!

Everything is perfect!

Superlative experience! Both the house and the location were even better than we expected. The house is very nice and spacious, super clean and warm, very comfortable bed. There is a conad in front and the village center (very picturesque) is easily reached with a short walk, very close there is also a beautiful park. This location is strategic to visit the region: the highway is a stone's throw away and you can arrive in a relatively short time even at high altitude, in fact we reached the gressoney slopes in about half anhour. Finally, a thank you to Luisa who was a great host, she met us both at check-in time and check-out, leaving us great freedom. Always very kind, she was also prompt to intervene when we had a small problem with the heating: she responded immediately to messages and resolved in a very short time. In short, we will definitely come back here for the holidays in Val d 'Aosta!

We had a great stay and would stay here again! Sabry was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The layout was perfect for what we needed and included a play area, toys and activities for the kids. The place was spotless; super (impressively) clean for not being a brand new place. The decor was warm and inviting. It can feel a bit cold in the house (rainy season) and the beds were made accordingly - cozy with the layered bedding. Kitchen was well equipped. Stunning views. Short drive to city center and ice rink (why we were here). My only suggestion is to leave a bit more extra toilet paper in the cupboard ;)

Sabina is a professional and kind host, she was very courteous in meeting our needs. The house is really nice and spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need, including very comfortable sun loungers! The area is beautiful, within walking distance of the beautiful Brusson pond, ideal for sports, relax, a picnic or a nice walk. Great restaurants in the area. Nice and very discreet neighbors. There is a ski rental right near the house, very comfortable for the winter. Highly recommended!

About a year away from the first time we had the opportunity to stay again for a short vacation at the Casetta and we were extremely satisfied again. Everything was perfect, tidy, clean and even with the good fortune of being able to enjoy a wonderful time. We stayed in Andrea's apartment for a few days and we had a really good time. Quiet and relaxing location, the outdoor terrace is very comfortable for breakfast in the sun or dinner and the location is also great for getting to Cogne or Courmayeur. Clean and tidy apartment, nothing is missing.

Thanks to Marco who made sure we arrived safely despite the late hour. It was reassuring for us who don't travel a lot and aren't used to AirBNB. Marco told us about some nearby restaurants. The apartment was very clean and safe. There is no private parking space in the room but Marco told us about a parking lot less than 100m away. Possibility to easily drop off luggage in front of the house before going to park.

Among the beautiful mountains of the Aosta Valley, a comfortable, clean and welcoming home. Laura's cake was very welcome, plus she provided us with everything for breakfast: coffee and milk. Very easy and precise communication, we had a great time.

Single house on two floors with large fenced garden perfect for our dogs who were traveling with us. Host always available and very kind. A 10-minute drive to Aosta, a very convenient location to get around within the beautiful Valle D'Aosta region! We can't wait to go back! Thanks Danielle.

Rustic place, special but beautiful. Cristian was a present host, upon arrival his father welcomed us and was a kind and helpful person with great advice. Too bad we only stayed 2 nights.

The accommodation and location were up to our expectations: tranquility and direct contact with nature! We made beautiful discoveries in a very young and colorful nature. We were surprised to attend a stage of the Giro d 'Italia next to the accommodation. Thank you to Lucio for his very warm welcome and for our friendly exchanges! I highly recommend it!!!

Great place to spend a weekend. From the bedroom, beautiful view of the valley. Highly responsive host to respond to messages. Our dog was able to come with it and beautiful walks are possible from the accommodation. We had a great time together 😊
