Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Champs-sur-Marne

Je venais pour un court séjour, Fred et Steph ont su se montrer très réactifs. L'appartement est vraiment conforme aux photos, il est propre, recommandations d'adresses, ect... rien à redire je ne peux que recommander, vous serez bien reçus !

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft außerhalb von Paris. In 15 Minuten ist der RER-Bahnhof erreichbar und man ist nach 20 Minuten Fahrt im Herzen der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist schnell und unkompliziert, die Unterkunft (vor allem die Küche) sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad modern. Für Paris-Aufenthalte, bei denen man das Auto stehen lassen möchte ohne teure bewachte Plätze suchen zu müssen, ist die Unterkunft perfekt geeignet.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Séjour d'une nuit. Les instructions sont claires, le logement impeccable (propre, acceuillant, fonctionnel, respect de l'intimité et bien équipé), accès en autonomie facile et bien expliqué. Christine est attaché à bien accueillir ces hôtes et cela se ressent. Pour le stationnement, j'ai pu me garer à 100m environ du logement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Merci Christine.

Logement semblable aux photos et à la description. À notre arrivée, le logement était parfaitement propre. Il nous a été très agréable d’y séjourner. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture à l’intérieure Les hôtes ont été très agréables et très réactifs, c’était super Merci !

Hote accueillant extrêmement sympathique petite cours et jardin agréable avec brioche en petit plus 😀

Wir haben die Unterkunft von Aide für 3 Tage genutzt und sind als Familie ins Disenyland und in die Stadt gereist. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und Aide hat sich toll gekümmert und uns einige Tipps gegeben. Unser Auto konnten wir in der Straße parken und man konnte die Bahn und einen Supermarkt in knapp 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders gut hat uns der Garten in der Wohnung gefallen, den wir bei bestem Wetter zum Frühstücken und am Abend gerne genutzt haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We hebben een nachtje bij Yoann en Fanta geslapen op terugreis naar huis toe. Het contact verliep prettig en gemakkelijk. De ruimte was zoals verwacht en zeer netjes. Het is een klein, maar fijn gelijkvloers verblijf met een riante tuin en buitenruimte. Zouden er gerust nog een keer verblijven!

An absolutely amazing place and a great host. The location is great for beautiful walks and the local markets (only 5 min walk away) is a really nice experience of Paris.

Excelente anfitriona, hizo mi estadía en paris muy fácil pues me ayudaba con las direcciones y contestaba muy rápido, estuvo muy al pendiente de mí y mi familia, sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo mucho

Nous avons passés 3 nuits dans ce logement, dont les quelques photos ne laissaient pas imaginer qu'il puisse être aussi bien. Le grand lit était très confortable. Le salon spacieux, la télé gigantesque, le balcon très mignon, la cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée, la salle d'eau avec tout le nécessaire de toilettes fournies et le wc séparé (suspendu, un peu bruyant lorsqu'on s'assoit dessus). Je recommande +++

Appartamento ben fornito. Molto pulito e davvero comodo. A pochi passi trovi la metro che in circa 20 minuti ti porta a parigi o disneyland. Davvero ottima posizione. Laccoglienza è stata ottima e calorosa. Meravigliata da questo soggiorno. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, con la estación del tren RER-A a menos de 10 minutos caminando, lo cual facilitó mucho nuestros desplazamientos. En los alrededores hay al menos tres opciones para desayunar, lo que resultó muy conveniente. Es un lugar seguro, tranquilo y bien equipado, ideal para una estancia cómoda y sin complicaciones. ¡Recomendado!

La note maximale pour cet appartement dommage qu'on ne puisse mettre 10 étoiles. Hote disponible et agréable, toujours ready pour aider ou guider. Le logement correspondant a la description. Propre, bien ranger, décoration sobre, securisant, jardin avec hamac. La climatisation présente pour rafraichir notre nuit. Nous ne sommes pas rester longtemps, mais une de chose c'est que nous reviendront avec PLAISIRS. MERCI ALINE

Appartement très bien situé, état impeccable à l’arrivée. Enzo est très arrangeant, il nous a permis d’arriver trois heures plus tôt dans l’appartement.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

Amazing place!! My son and I went to Disneyland for 2 days and stayed 3 days in Vincent place! Great to come back in this amazing quit place after Disneyland! Highly recommend staying in this great creative made decor!!

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le logement correspond aux photos, et il est très bien décoré. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit jardin à cause des températures un peu froide pour nous. La localisation est idéale pour se rendre à Disney, nous recommanderons à nos proches.

Thank you for such an excellent stay. The apartment is immaculately clean, and has everything you need. The toys for the kids are an added bonus. Lucie was always quick to respond and offered local suggestions for places to eat and clear instructions regarding check in and parking. For anyone wanting a stay that’s close to Disneyland this is perfect, as it is right next door to the metro station. Overall a 5 star stay.
