Literie qualitative de 160 cm dans la chambre et canapé lit confortable de 160 cm dans le salon. Appartement entièrement équipé avec Machine à laver le linge séchante, un lave-vaisselle, four, Nespresso, etc... 2 TV, wifi rapide.

Located in the 14th district in a pedestrian street, little village area. 3 minutes away from metro line 4 and 6 (direct to Eiffel Tower), 15 minutes away from Montparnasse train station by walking, 5 minutes away from Orlybus and RER B to CDG airport. All shops are down the streets and the location is perfect! 5 min away from the Catacombes The appartement is fully equipped for cooking It is super bright, cosy and and brand new. FYI 4th floor and no elevators :) ⭐️ smoking forbidden 🚫

The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! in my own apartment you will be in the place to live as french people… you have near by all what is necessary for eating, there or outside, museums, music concert, theaters, pictures (version originale) opera Garnier, Bastille . and shopping, restos, pâtisseries and so on ! 3ème person can be received (adult or child de + 12 ans), an extra bed in the living : 45€/night. If you are 2 but wanting extra bed for sleeping separatly, ask it for 30€ for the entire stay.

Our apartment is in a courtyard of several artists' studios built early 20th century. It's hidden from the street, behind a building, so very quiet. Also very light and sunny as we have high windows. It's up one flight of stairs and inside it is a duplex, the living area, kitchen and a WC downstairs, bedroom, office space and shower room upstairs.

Natural light fills the open living area, complemented by vaulted ceilings and wooden beams. A deep red sofa adorned with colorful cushions faces a large window. Art pieces enhance the walls, while a dining table and modern lamp are positioned nearby.

Charming studio with double bed on the mezzanine. Close to Montparnasse train station and located 15 min walk from Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Beautiful ceiling height overlooking a green and very quiet courtyard. The studio is located in a shopping area and close to many restaurants. Linens and towels are provided with the accommodation.
