In the city center, but sheltered from noise pollution, this charming apartment combines cachet and modernity. Free parking in all the surrounding streets, paid parking (€ 1 for the 7pm to 7am time slot) a few meters away, tram stop 3 min walk. You will find: entrance leading to a huge double bedroom with office area, attic converted into a children's bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, living room with sleeping area, large dining kitchen with cathedral ceiling.

Peaceful accommodation - Center - Near station & circuit

Pleasant studio located in the center of Le Mans, close to the train station and circuit (10 minutes by public transport or car), at the foot of the tram. Composed of a living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Parking spaces available 2mn by transport, 5mn walk. Close to all amenities. We like to hand over the keys to our guests in person. However, after 8 p.m., these can be collected from the key box. Bed linen provided. €5 towel supplement.
