This was a perfect place for a relaxing weekend for us. The house is snug, but the backyard seating area was a great place to chill. There isn't a lot in the immediate vicinity of the house, but it is centrally located and just 5-10 minutes from a lot of what Ventura has to offer. We were able to walk to the pier and downtown easily. John and Andy were great hosts and responded quickly to any requests.

Thanks for another great stay. Morning coffee on your back deck is our favorite place in LA!

Todd’s place was excellent. He was quick to respond and made everything easy from start to finish. The home was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the pool, the game room, and the mini golf course, it felt like a private getaway. Everything was exactly as listed, if not better. I’d absolutely stay here again. Beautiful home with great views, large open kitchen and living room space. We were allowed to check in an hour earlier. We loved that there’s a bathtub and shower option. Bed was very comfortable. It was a weekend stay, perfect for what we were looking for.

This place is incredible; the structure is so cool, the views and light are out of this world, it's private, somehow spacious and cozy, and has everything you need. Heather made everything super easy and can't recommend the place highly enough. Hope to stay here again soon.

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

I was there for business for 5 days. I am a caregiver for my 93 yo mum and I bring her along, and I have someone come be with her while I'm at work. This worked out very well. She uses a walker and there was no problem for her getting around. There are a few steps down from the parking area in back and she had no trouble. From the front sidewalk there were no steps to the apartment. The apartment is very nicely furnished. The bathroom has a lot of space for toiletries, TV was easy to figure out (for us old timers) with lots of channels. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. There's a big dining room table for me to spread out my work. The building is right off the freeway, so easy in and out. It is gated, quiet, and we felt very safe. Alexa was very responsive to all communication. We will stay here again if I am assigned for work in this area. Thank you so much, Alexa!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Long Beach! The space felt like a true home—comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up. Everything was clean and exactly as described. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the place. There was absolutely nothing I disliked, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, home-like experience in Long Beach!

Jan and Dale's place felt like home. When we arrived we had a nice surprise from them, snacks, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. The neighborhood felt friendly and it was a 5 minute drive from the beach. They exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon!

Outstanding hosts and always helpful. Unit was convenient to Hollywood attractions and walkable to many stores & restaurants.

We absolutely loved Ollie’s place. It was truly a home away from home. Perfect getaway with a wonderful host. It was quiet, yet walking distance to yummy restaurants and don’t forget the one of a kind continental breakfast that arrives at your front door each morning. We will be returning!

I enjoyed my stay at Dianna's Airbnb! The place was perfect for my needs, clean, easily accessible, and well-stocked with necessities. The addition of homemade greeting snacks was a nice touch. Peter's house was perfect for traveling with young kids. Peter and his wife set up bedding for our young kids which was so helpful especially with our evening arrival. There were so many fun toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. Peter and his wife thought of everything and are great hosts. Beautiful home located in a peaceful neighborhood. The private room and bathroom were cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed during our stay was provided. It was very generous of them to let us use their washing machine and dryer. If we have the chance to visit LA again, we’d love to stay at Kristin and Chris’s place and explore more of their beautiful neighborhood.

From the moment I checked in I felt comfortable and so happy with my choice of rental. Christian's home is beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. My host provided fresh organic continental breakfast and the coffe was wonderful and appreciated. To be so close to my family and our new grand baby was amazing. The neighbor hood is excellent and the 3 block walk enabled me not to have to rent a car. In general very close to everything I needed. My room was very comfortable and with the beautiful bathroom steps away! Without hesitation I would love to revisit and highly recommend Christains home for a peaceful stay in Van Nuys!

I had the most amazing experience at Laura's place! Laura is super friendly and easy to talk to. She always has water, fruit, and food for guests. The place is so comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Feels like home. It's great that I had my own laundry and dryer when i stayed there. The location is perfect, walkable restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again in the future!

It was perfect for what we needed. The room is actually nicer than the photos, which is rare. It was very clean, easy check in, owner, Doris, was lovely. Friendly, warm, but not intrusive. I will definitely book again.
