Tucked away in Topanga (yet only minutes from town) sits Chandler Farms, a 500 sq ft cabin. Recently remodeled, the cabin is a perfect mix of rustic & luxury featuring a private deck with a hammock facing breathtaking views and a massive walk in shower. A newly remodeled guest cabin with a private front yard and a huge private deck overlooking the canyon. A gorgeous 2 person bathroom with double sinks and a spa style shower with a bench and skylight. Raw hard wood ceilings with rustic touches makes this a unique yet comfy space. Just a 2 minute drive from rustic Topanga and 10 minutes from the beaches of Santa Monica and Malibu, we are also directly across the street from Topanga state park, the largest tract of park land in Los Angeles. Trailhead is within walking distance with access to miles of trails of varying difficulty. Red Rock Canyon is also 5 minute drive. Over the ridge to the Valley is 12 minute drive with access to all modern shopping amenities and restaurants. Its really up you. We are a super chill couple with years of airbnb experience as both hosts and guests. Your space is your own private area that is connected to the main house by a short trail. We are always available to help with advice about the area or to just hang out and trade travel stories. Topanga is a special place that has been occupied by native americans for hundreds of years. They chose this area for its lush vegetations, calm winds and dry temperate climate. The moisture comes up the canyon every morning and evening to feed the vegetation. It truly is a mountainous paradise within proximity to all LA has to offer. The people are a laid back mix of musicians, artists and film makers from all over the world. You can literally get lost in the maze of meandering roads and trails that give sight to the eclectic architecture and natural vistas. Everyday the weather is near perfect - you have to experience it yourself to fully understand. A rental car is a must in LA. You can use LYFT or UBER to get to and from the city but it is not as convenient as having your own wheels. A taxi can be taken from LAX or Burbank airports to the cabin. Mountain biking and hiking are great ways to explore the area. Several trails originate near our home and can be taken all the way down to the coast. Topanga Creek Bicycles is just down the street and is one of the coolest bike shops on the west coast. They offer great deals on mountain bike rentals and can give you advice on what trails you should explore for your skill level. The cabin is a guest house on our property with its own parking space. We have 2 driveways so parking is never an issue. The cabin has a kitchen with a fridge, 2 burner range and a microwave. The private deck features a picnic table, a hammock, two lounge chairs and a small propane Weber grill. Available for any help/guidance! And we love to meet our guests but fully respect their privacy. The cabin is a few minutes' drive to Topanga and some great organic restaurants as well as fun shops. Drive to the beach in Malibu or stay in the area and commune with nature on a hike or bike ride. Topanga Creek Bicycles is just down the street and is one of the coolest bike shops on the west coast. Totally renovated and remodeled, our perfect Silver Lake bungalow retains lots of it's original 1922 charm. It has an open floor plan with wood flooring, recessed LED lighting, and Central AC/heating throughout. The full kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances. GE gas range with oven and broiler. Microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Plenty of counter space to prep your favorite meal. The bathroom is super swank with a large free standing tub and waterfall shower. Luxury. Please note the bathtub is VERY big. If you have any sort of mobility issue, message us before booking. The living/dining area has been decorated with a nod to mid-century California bungalow design. It has a wall mounted Sony flat screen TV, Bose stereo, and 5G WIFI to stream the AppleTV. It's a great space to lounge and enjoy meals and entertainment. The spacious master bedroom has an Organic King mattress and a 4 door walk-in closet with floor to ceiling mirrors. It gets lots of light during the day and has a blackout curtain over the headboard for when you need extra sleep. The 2nd bedroom is smaller than the master, but has plenty of space for a comfortable queen sized bed. It has a desk (for when it is time to get down to work). It's also appointed with a walk-in closet. The big backyard has both an avocado and orange tree. It is landscaped with native, drought resistant plants. With a lighted outdoor dining area, it's the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal and drink, or just lounge in the California sun. You have access to the entire home. Including the driveway, front porch and back yard. Please note that the driveway is narrow, so only sedans and compact SUVs will fit. Send a text or message via the site for a quick response. The house is right in the middle of the Sunset Junction and Virgil Village neighborhoods of Silver Lake. It is one of the most vibrant, diverse and walkable locations in all of Los Angeles. For people who travel without cars, the Redline Metro stop is a short 5-10 minute walk from the property. It boasts quick access to Griffith Park, Hollywood, bars and nightlife, as well as countless dining and shopping options. There is close, convenient access to the Metro Red Line subway. You will be just a short ride to Hollywood Proper, Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica Beach and the entire city of Los Angeles. For drivers, we are near to the 101 Hollywood Freeway, making it a great stop on your California road trip. Free tandem parking for two cars is included. Studio by the Beach with Separate Entrance

Open the sliding door to let the gentle sea breezes waft in and settle down to stream a favorite show on the Smart TV. The interior blends coastal touches with boho chic, and there are little luxuries like a work space and secluded private outdoor space. I adhere to the CDC cleaning protocols. I use UV C light for added disinfecting and sanitizing of the Studio, and have also added a Dyson air purifying fan and heater to insure you have clean air. This studio is located on the first floor of my three story home. The studio shares the first floor with the garage so you don't have any shared walls. You have two windows, one in the bathroom and a sliding glass door in the bedroom, they bring in light and the sea breeze but have no views. While this studio is private you may hear footsteps above, music drifting in from other parts of the house, and the sounds that come from everyday living. You'll have one parking space available on the right side of the driveway. More free parking is usually available at the end of the street, 15 houses down on panama. During the day there's extra parking at kiddie beach. I live on the two top floors of the house so i'm easily accessible for as much or as little interaction as needed. The setting on a quiet street is only half a block from channel Island harbors Kiddie Beach and 1.5 blocks to Silver Strand Beach, a popular surf spot and vantage point for catching the sunset. Watch for whales and discover a yoga studio, corner market, and salon, all only moments away. Hollywood by the sea has unique sounds too. You'll hear sea lions, boat horns, and on occasion a fog horn. Every morning at 8am you'll hear our national anthem, and at sunset you'll hear taps. You'll have to pay attention or you'll miss it. It's one of many thing I love about this area.
