We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy Woodland Hills flat! It was the perfect size for our little family of three - the queen bed was comfy(a lil squeaky) , the stand-up shower was clean and convenient, and the living room and kitchenette made it feel like a true home away from home. The backyard was surprisingly spacious (especially since we don't have one back home), and it quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The whole space felt peaceful, safe, and welcoming. We're so grateful for the experience and already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul Henry's guest house tucked away in their beautiful garden. It was comfortable and thoughtfully put together: plenty of outlets and charging cables for different devices; shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower; a great coffee maker with a reusable filter. Paul’s communication and clear instructions made settling in a breeze. The location is also fantastic—it’s rare to be able to walk around so easily in LA!

A great place to stay if you are looking for a short walk to the beach. Great destination and neighborhood to be in.

Had a beautiful time. The inside is cute & space well used. The outside is amazing & where we spent most of our time. Our dogs loved roaming around then sunbathing. We had a great time cooking and playing with our daughter outside. Loved being elevated & seeing the ocean every morning.

We had a wonderful weekend birthday trip for my daughter's 6th birthday to Universal Studios, and this place was perfect for our stay, just about 10 minutes away from the park. There were five of us in total. The six-year-olds shared the XL full bed with me, my mom was comfortable in one of the other beds, and my stepson had his own single bed. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool on Friday when we arrived. Since we were mostly out and about, it was the perfect spot to come home to and rest. The girls absolutely adored Patrick's son's cat, Poppies, such a sweet and gentle kitty! Patrick was there to greet us at check-in and gave us a tour of the space. He was very kind, welcoming, and available if we needed anything. Thank you so much, Patrick, for your hospitality!

So relaxing to stay here! Nice to be away from phone service and close enough to the hot tub. We were sharing the space with another couple in the glass house, with whom we had very minor and lovely interactions. easy to feel a sense of privacy even when sharing the land. Would love to come back and stay longer!

THIS place was wonderful. Wonderful hosts and space for my trip. As a Solo female traveler, safety is top priority and I felt very safe and comfortable in this cottage. Good for people who love hiking nearby and surfing the local beaches. Not very walkable but secluded and beautiful nature views

Great spot with so many restaurants and coffee spots and the beach within walking distance. The place is cozy and bright — a delightful beach-town studio. There’s definitely some traffic noise (as described) but the white noise machine was perfect at night and we slept soundly. Definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

I stayed at Dana’s place in Monrovia, CA for a couple of days and had a great experience. The space was super clean, peaceful, and relaxing—just what I needed. Dana was incredibly supportive; when I was confused during check-in, she showed up right away to help. The location is perfect for me since I come to the area for work once a month, it's close to the business and also near great hiking trails and restaurants. Most importantly, the neighborhood feels very safe. Highly recommend!

Diana’s stay was just as pictured and in such proximity to this neighborhood’s LA spots. It is nestled in the hills so it has a great view both day and night with a private patio area that is a bonus as well. There are those stairs — LOL. It’s subjective. For me it worked out okay, and Diana even offered help with my luggage if needed! You will hear the family upstairs some (mostly in the day), but that’s to be expected with a lower unit. All in all, a good stay for whenever life takes me to this part of LA again. :)

I have to say Elena’s place was easily one of the best AirBnB experiences I’ve ever had. As a host, Elena provided absolutely everything we needed, and even went above and beyond! The location was perfect for us, and we never had any issue finding street parking. Even when we had a slight issue, she stayed with me to troubleshoot until it was resolved. 10/10 experience! Thanks so much!!!!!!

Even as a local Malibu never ceases to amaze me. Especially Coral Canyon! Such a great day and renewal weekend. Was everything and more - very happy and grateful.

Gerry embodies a superhost! He was incredibly communicative, gave a helpful guide, and was very responsive during our stay. I would highly recommend this beautiful beach house, in a quiet neighbourhood, with great outdoor space.

Our stay in Min's tiny home for a disneyland trip was great! The walk down to the backyard and seeing the views of trees, palms and beautiful flowers was just amazing! The tiny home was soo cute and it had plenty of storage space for our 4 day stay for my boyfriend and I. Host responded quickly if needed something and there was a parking spot for us in front of the house. It was quiet and felt like we were in a forest. You can even see the fireworks from Disney! If your looking to enjoy a great view (perfect for those insta pics) in a great location in Fullerton, then this is the place for you!

My husband and I stayed at the bungalow for a weekend trip for a soccer match at the Rose Bowl. It’s such a cute place and perfect for what we needed for our trip. It’s very close to restaurants and shops in Pasadena, and super close to the Rose Bowl. Just under 2 miles. We took a very quick Uber to the match. It was way quicker to just walk back after it was over, and that saved us a ton of time - it probably would have taken way over an hour waiting for a ride because the stadium was fully packed so the parking lot and ride share area were at a stand still. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect I forgot a tooth brush and she even provided that! I felt right at home! Will definitely rent again! Thank you for everything!

We felt so at home in Donna's sweet casita! It was perfectly located for our reunion with family members who live only five blocks away from her property, which is in a pretty, very walkable neighborhood. The cottage was exactly as pictured, and Donna was a welcoming and responsive host. We would love to return to the casita the next time we're visiting family in Ventura.
