Spacious 42 m2 studio in the city center and 6 minutes from the train station. Next to the Monoprix, you'll find all the stores you'll need within walking distance. Very convenient for city walks. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Parking: The streets outside the city center are free (5-10 min walk). Possibility of benefiting from one free hour/day in the surrounding places or going to the Saint Nicolas indoor parking lot 100 meters away (about 10 euros/day).
