The Orchard House

Cubic house for 5 people (maximum) in the middle of the orchard of a former hunting lodge located in the heart of nature 3 km from the village of Brinon-sur-Sauldre, typical village of the Sologne. Another cottage for 9/10 people on the property (Villa Bois Chaumont Cottage). You will be staying close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo. You will also discover the vineyards of Sancerre, Menetou Salon, Quincy… Many activities nearby. Hiking trails, canoeing, horseback riding…

The Saint Louis gîte, swimming pool, 15 people

Unique experience in this warm and spacious cottage of more than 400 m2 that can accommodate up to 15 people, which offers all the comfort and modern amenities necessary for a relaxing and friendly stay with family or friends. Well-kept "chic countryside" decoration and quality bedding. The Saint Louis vacation rental is completely private, as well as its fully enclosed landscaped garden and large heated pool, not overlooked. Bachelor parties and bachelorette parties are not allowed.

In a cul-de-sac near the Sauldre, a stone's throw from the village, this small independent farmhouse will be a very pleasant place to stay for a couple, a family with children, friends traveling together or for one or more professionals on a mission in the region. "Chez Santia" is ideal for 2 people but possible for 4.

In our region, you can also discover iconic places such as the Château de Chambord, Cheverny or the Beauval Zoo.

It was completely renovated in 2024, keeping its old-fashioned charm and modern comforts. Its position in the center of the village will allow you to quickly access all the amenities (bakery, pharmacy, church, bar, tobacco, supermarket) as well as the forest, river, pond, equestrian club, hiking trails and bike.
