Barn Cottage

Nestled in a pretty Dordogne village, ideally situated to explore the local area. this charming converted barn offers the ideal retreat for couples or solo travellers and is a 2-minute walk from local shops and bar/restaurant. Accommodation features an open-plan kitchen and sitting room and first-floor bedroom with shower and WC. Air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Fibre optic broadband and Smart TV. Private, south-facing courtyard. Not suitable for children or animals.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Independent studio

Small fully equipped studio on the owners' land in a pretty little medieval village with a beautiful castle. Village and small town shops within walking distance. Parking space to park your vehicle.
