An 8-minute walk to the SNCF train station and a short walk to the pedestrian heart of the city and Chartres Cathedral, this elegantly and cozily decorated accommodation is the perfect place to rest after a day of sightseeing or work.

A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Ideally located in the heart of Châteaudun, at the foot of the castle, on a pedestrian street in the heart of the medieval site, you will stay in this peaceful and quiet apartment, fully equipped and refurbished. It offers a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and comfortable for 2 people, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Linens/towels provided. Its entrance also allows you to safely store bicycles.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Le Fournil de Bussard (Bussard Bakery)

Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.
