We open our newly renovated house in the heart of the village of La Tranche sur Mer. Peaceful atmosphere on the dune, for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The beach is just a few meters from the house! You will also enjoy a nice sea view from the living room and terrace. The city center is very close, only a 5-minute walk. The layout and atmosphere of the house were designed by a decorator, the exteriors carefully designed with a landscaper.

In an upscale, captivating atmosphere, without neighbors, in the middle of the forest and 2 minutes from the city center! 200 m2 of housing with fiber, 4,000 m2 of park, heated pool, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 hot and cold outdoor shower, 230 m2 of equipped terrace. La Little Casa is a pleasant atypical accommodation in the heart of the seaside town of Royan that can accommodate up to 4 people. This cottage, where we welcome you, is adjoining our house but offers you total independence as well as a private parking space and the possibility to park more cars in a parking lot opposite the house. It consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a bedroom.
