Idéalement situé au cœur du centre historique de La Rochelle cet appartement de charme est un duplex de 100m2 avec suite parental, il bénéficie d'une double exposition ce qui le rend très lumineux et ne donnant pas sur la rue le calme y règne, ce qui implique aucune nuisance sonore, pas de fêtes, le respect du voisinage.

Hello everyone! Ten minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, "Le Lucat" the Meditative villa welcomes you to an architect's house. In an upscale, captivating atmosphere, without neighbors, in the middle of the forest and 2 minutes from the city center! 200 m2 of housing with fiber, 4,000 m2 of park, heated pool, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 hot and cold outdoor shower, 230 m2 of equipped terrace. A meditation room with or without service is also available!

Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

Little Casa Royan

La Little Casa is a pleasant atypical accommodation in the heart of the seaside town of Royan that can accommodate up to 4 people. This cottage, where we welcome you, is adjoining our house but offers you total independence as well as a private parking space and the possibility to park more cars in a parking lot opposite the house. It consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a bedroom.
