Damon’s place was so perfect for our family! It’s such a cute place and had everything that we needed! It’s close to so many things and was spacious! We travel to the area for baseball and will definitely be staying again!

5-Star Stay Near the Lake in Williamsburg, VA! I stayed at this property for 5 days and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. This stay was incredibly special—it had been nearly six years since I last saw my son from California, and it was wonderful to gather my whole family together in one beautiful place. The home gave us the peaceful, welcoming atmosphere we needed to reconnect and truly enjoy our time together. It was clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. We cooked meals as a family, relaxed in the hot tub, and spent quiet time by the fire pit watching golfers pass by. The outdoor seating was just beautiful, and we even grilled one evening—it was perfect. The host was kind, responsive, and flexible, even helping me extend our stay when I needed one more day to catch my breath. This home gave us space to rest, laugh, and make meaningful memories. We’re so grateful for your hospitality!

We had a great stay at Ivy's place. The place was as described. Check-in was clear and straightforward. And the home is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy.

This is a fantastic property for those who love the outdoors and want peace. Perfect for kids who like the outdoors. It was a lot of fun using the kayaks and boat dock for fishing on the James River. (Channel Cat, largemouth bass, white perch and bluegill were caught). Janet was proactive with her communication. We hope to return.

The Hideaway Oasis was a great find, clean, well-stocked and Katie’s hospitality was top notch! Between the flexibility with our check-in and the personalized special surprises for the kids and dogs, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer host. Katie went out of her way to welcome us… sooo appreciated after a busy day of packing and dealing with movers. Fun game room, relaxing outdoor area… we loved listening to the birds singing while enjoying our morning coffee. This is THE place to stay when visiting Fort Greg-Adams! Thank you, Katie!

Exactly like pictures. Super clean and clutter free. The backyard was totally fenced in so it was easy to have our dogs with us. Very close to downtown. We really enjoyed staying here and if we come back to Richmond we'll definitely try to book this place again.

Kendall was a great host. She took care of what I needed and was friendly and responsive. The house and location were great! Very private and perfect if you have a dog. We were very pleased. Thanks Kendall!

Our children decided they wanted to stay there forever. The pool and all the games were 100% percent worth it! It was our first visit to the area and it was amazing! They do want visitors to sign up for a presentation. But they give you things for attending. If you don’t want to attend you can say no. It’s a great family friendly but quiet and clean place to stay!

Very comfortable and well-stocked unit with easy access to VCU, where my son had a school tournament. As others have noted it has lovely high ceilings and is in a quiet area with a private sitting area and backyard, and also an impressive range of kitchen equipment and essentials supplied (including both drip and k-cup coffee!). Would definitely stay again.

Butterfly Cottage was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Mary was available for any questions or recommendations you might have. The cottage was well appointed and comfortable. Bathroom was large as well as the stackable washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend her as a host!

It is located in a resort with lots of services & activities & staff to assist. They gave advice on sites to see & how to best get to them. And restaurants and shopping. I used it as a base for sightseeing by car & it is located at the edge of town with good access to roads. The unit was super clean & fully featured including an easy to use washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. And very spacious. It is on the 2nd floor with elevator giving more privacy. Lots of parking.

Shaniesha’s place was perfect for my first visit to Richmond. Great location if you want to be close to a lot of restaraunts or bars driving and walking distance. She also put a lot of thought into the toiletries one may forget while vacationing, and the overall ambiance of the apartment was relaxed and comfy. This place is at the top of my list for my next visit.

The host was super responsive. Great location. There were many extra chairs. Great value. Nicely stocked kitchen. Clean.

Nice and clean cabin and bath house. Friendly staff. The heater was a life saver in the cold. A bit overpriced, but worth it anyways. Thank you!

Loved staying here, though there wasn't much to do around it is within a 30 minute drive to Williamsburg! Enjoyed the peaceful setting as it was great for our dog! The wifi didn't work well but was nice to be disconnected a bit, would recommend staying here for a quite time!

We had a lovely stay and created wonderful memories with our friends and family at this beautiful log cabin. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a remote getaway that is still easy access to Richmond, which has plenty to do. Our favorite was waking up and looking at the 3 horses, taking walks down to the river, and our kids playing together in the playroom, which has all the toys a kid could ever want. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

The staff was great! Great communication, George even escorted us to our campsite and told us about all the services they offer!
