Great host! Very communicative. Wonderful, easy going condo. We enjoyed losing track of time while sitting on the screened-in porch watching the bay/waterfront.

Great communication, really enjoyed the walkability of Burnt Store Marina. The home was spotless, and well equipped.

Really cozy and had a nice bathroom and kitchen. Peaceful neighborhood and just a short 20-25 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach. Has a hot plate style stove and a microwave for any quick meals. Would recommend

Great place to relax. The space is very welcoming and peaceful with modern, clean lines flavor. Beach is step away- no crowds. We were very lucky and met very good hearted people around. We extended our stay thanks to Brian who helped us accommodate for one more night. I really do recommend Brian’s listing. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was the perfect home to escape for a few days. Our host was so helpful and great at communicating with us. The house is beautiful, clean and convenient to local restaurants and the beach. The host has gone out of her way to make sure you will have everything you need. Plenty of towels, really nice beach chairs, clean laundry facility, comfortable furniture/beds, plenty of kitchen essentials… it was perfect!

We had a great week. Beautiful view off of the terrace. A full length mirror would be a nice touch. Vertical blinds were tricky to use. Trial size shampoo, conditioner, soap would have been helpful. Lights in living area at night were very dim.

Mile is truly an outstanding host and very helpful. The place is immaculate and a very great location to all activities and restaurants. I truly recommend this location. It’s a must book if you’re ever staying in Punta Gorda. Mile is a SUPER HOST. Don’t miss the chance to book this wonderful spot.

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

This condo was even cuter in person than it was in the photos. It was super clean, safe, spacious, had a gorgeous screened in balcony that looked out over the pool, and was centrally located really close to groceries, restaurants, multiple beaches, and more. We stayed here as a family of 4 and the kids had their own room and bathroom and we had a master with en suite. I saw another review that said there is a little noise from the busy road outside but you really only notice it if you're trying to sleep with the windows open. We originally booked a hotel that ended up being awful so I found this place last minute and they were able to get us in the very next morning. They let us check in early since we were kind of stranded, and walking in was like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this place for 2-4 people!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Had a great stay and beautiful peaceful private beach! I will say make sure you bring your own beach chair and umbrella. It’s stated they have some but I think other guested used them all.

This place is really nice. We spent much of our stay looking at properties for a potential move so we weren’t on a standard vacation. Spent some time at the beaches and up in Venice. Went fishing on a charter from the marina next door. He condo itself is beautiful and roomy. Kitchen well equipped. No complaints at all. I would certainly stay there again. Becky is great to work with. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay while I was in Port Charlotte! The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a three-week stay. The small balcony overlooking the water was perfect while working from home! The whole development was very quiet, relaxed, and clean. The pool was uncrowded and very peaceful and the pier over the river was great for an afternoon walk or morning coffee. The location of this Airbnb is perfect if you're hoping to see various parts of Florida! It's centrally located and allowed me to visit many places while I was in the area. Tampa is only about an hour and a half away, there are plenty of nearby beaches, and I took a nice day trip to the Everglades! Port Charlotte is pretty quiet, but there are plenty of places to walk and everything I needed was withing 10-15 minutes of the apartment. Ray was very communicative and helpful! 10/10 stay!

Great condo! Everything was very clean and very well stocked. Everything is there for the beach and more. Beautiful, peaceful beach. Owners are very nice and will stay in contact with you, if you need anything.

We loved our stay here, Jeff and Alexandra went above and beyond in welcoming us. Sweet touches, essentials provided, cleaned very well, any minor issue we had was promptly addressed and taken care of! I’m not sure we’ve ever had a better experience anywhere. Easy little walk to beach access, and had all the beach gear! Thank you so much, y’all are the best! We will be back!

super clean,great pool,friendly people. the ocean is on one side of the street and the bay is on the other. the area is still working very hard to come back from the last hurricane, all the restaurants are back up and serving . Great outdoor seating view's. the public beach is open. I am definitely coming back to this area. cool old florida vibe. take the tour on stumps free shuttle.

Highly recommend- beautiful community, nice people, pool nearby. Lots to do in and out of the community. Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Susan was helpful and quick to respond with everything. Wish we could stay longer!

Everything about his place says, "Welcome! We are so glad you are here!" Everything you need for a great vaca is included, and many extra little things. A few of my favs.....stevia, parchment paper, and foaming soap. Vicki, you have my heart! Very comfortable environment: lovely lighting, linens, furniture, and super clean. Superb setting with great access to the ocean. David and Vicki are first rate hosts! Many thanks for a wonderful vacation.
