Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Charlotte Harbor

House was extremely nice and beds were very comfortable! Yelena had everything we needed other than our clothes to enjoy a great stay, including stuff for kids like pack and play, games, toys, etc. Yelena was also very responsive about questions. I would highly recommend! Other great thing is that it is close to shopping, grocery stores, and beaches are only about a 30 min drive but we could still enjoy the quiet space and our own pool when we wanted to relax. She even had a bunch of beach gear which allowed us not to have to over pack! 5stars!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood. We chose for the location, close to family we were visiting for graduation, and the home exceeded our expectations. The home is very spacious and clean, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen without feeling like it's cluttered. we had 5 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog, and never felt crowded. The patio and pool area are wonderful, providing both sunny and shady spots to be outdoors. Very close to North Port Connector trail, which was a great place for morning walks. This home is like a little oasis with the pool, and enclosed fence. While we were there to visit family, could see this as a great location for balancing day trips to various beaches and good R&R. Katia was very responsive to questions, providing both a number to call/text and the airbnb ap.

It's a spectacular house to share with family and friends, super spacious, beautiful, super clean and well equipped with everything you need for the stay, to cook and feel very comfortable. The patio is wonderful to share, sunbathe and enjoy the jacuzzi, which is wonderful for its large size. Our family and friends were really pleased with the accommodation and with the attention of the host, always attentive and willing to any need or question. It's definitely the house we'll choose for our next vacation in the area!

The amount of attention to detail throughout the lovely home is thoughtful and appreciated. The exceptional hospitality and care given to think of everything one could need to enjoy their stay was thought of. Grace and her staff were attentive and caring while showing respect for our time by providing detail instructions, communication and prompt with follow up. They were accommodating to us and our travel needs. I rather enjoyed the extra detail and touches around the home that stood out to me as going above and beyond!

We had a fantastic stay and immediately felt right at home. The house was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was especially impressive—well-stocked with high-quality appliances, including both a Nespresso and an espresso machine, which we enjoyed! The backyard was a true oasis, complete with a pool and hot tub—perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. My family loved swimming daily, and the screened enclosure was a great bonus for keeping the bugs away! The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, ideal for our daily walks. It was also incredibly convenient to have Publix and Aldi just a few blocks away. We loved being in such a welcoming and well-kept community. The home was a perfect fit for our family of four, offering plenty of space and comfort. We’re already looking forward to returning to North Port and exploring more of the area! Oleg was a wonderful host and I would absolutely recommend his home to friends and family!

Ericka’s townhomes were the perfect place for our family of 7. We had plenty of room to spread out and the pool was very enjoyable. The houses are well stocked and made several family meals with ease. Thanks for the stay!

My family of 6 absolutely loved this home! The pool was a nice addition to our fun at night. We really liked the outdoor grill area. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely book this house again!

This home in Port Charlotte is fantastic! The key to a great stay in an Airbnb is a good host. I don't care how good the house is, if you don't have a good host your trip can be ruined. Holli is a great host! We had a minor issue with the pool and texted her about it. We were pulling out of the driveway 15 minutes later and the pool service guy was pulling in. I have not had a more responsive and proactive host before. We had 3 ocean days and 3 kayaking days as our main activities on our trip. I feel like the kayaking is downplayed on the website. There are 4 kayaks to choose from with paddles and life vests. The canals and Myakka river are great places to explore and nature watch. We went in late May and only ran into one other kayaker on our journeys. Venice and Siesta Key were our favorite nearby beaches! White sand and clear water beaches. The house was really fun and modern. We loved the smart couches and very large kitchen. Every part of the home was taken care of with love!

Stayed 4 nights at Lisa and Roberts place. Home was clean and had all necessary amenities plus bonus things like spices, cooking oils/sprays and coffee. Not to mention the beach items like ice chest, chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize, but there were also kayaks and bikes in the garage. Hosts were quick to respond and were always friendly. For example, when we arrived the lockbox was missing and there was no key, but we were still able to enter using the provided garage door code. Within about 20 minutes after notifying them about the lockbox, Robert arrived to replace it. By then we had found the key sitting in a bowl at the kitchen desk, so we were able to place the key in the lockbox upon check out. A/C was nice and cool, hot tub and showers were nice and warm, pool was refreshing. So happy for the screened in Lanai to keep the bugs out of the pool area. The neighborhood and very quiet. The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

This home is absolutely breathtaking!!! The property felt like our own private island – peaceful, secluded, and incredibly quiet and private. The views were absolutely stunning, the palm trees, the sunsets....it was truly picture-perfect! The entire environment was so calming and serene, making it the ultimate spot to relax and unwind. The home itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and stocked with every amenity you could think of. We felt soooo comfortable and relaxed! The host made sure everything was ready for us, and it truly felt like a slice of paradise. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and private getaway!

We loved the house, loved the view, appreciated that there was cookware. We had a few glitches but Christina was super responsive and helpful and was very kind and compensated. We would definitely stay here again. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this home or hosts. I love the Cape Coral area! Love this house

The house is beautiful and looks just as the photos show. Easy access to nearby stores and restaurants as well. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay with our family. Our grandchildren had a great time with all the toys for the pool and beach. We were 3 couples with 2 little kids and had plenty of space. It was a short drive to restaurants. We did day trips to Sanibel and Naples and even had time to visit the outlets. All were less than an hour away. Our hosts responded to questions in a timely manner. They made sure to have plenty of items available to use for our beach days. The wagon and tent were a plus since it was pretty hot.

Our stay here was wonderful! We brought our 2 daughters10&14) and there was plenty of space, beautiful pool and views of the canal. Sunsets were beautiful here! The host was very responsive with the entire process. One of the smoke detectors had a low battery and was beeping. I called and within an hour they were there to fix it. I highly recommend renting this home you won’t regret it! We would absolutely rent this house again.
