Villa holiday rentals in Charlotte

Great home we truly enjoyed this beautiful home. Even though it snowed we couldn't do anything outside the house. The house kept us occupied with all the amenities. The jacuzzi, wrap around porch, game room was definitely a plus. Every room had a TV. The kitchen was the gathering spot, enough space of 14 of us. Perfect summer home and will definitely return

The house was exactly what we needed. We had a large group and it easily accommodated us. We used all the amenities, the basketball/pickle ball court, putt putt, fire pit, pool, game room, and the kids "fort". The lake access was great as well (walkable). A very responsive host! We had a couple small issues and they responded immediately, and had workers over before we knew it. We would definitely go to this a house again!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I can't say enough how wonderful this rental is. The photos does not due the property justice. This vacation exceeded my expectations tenfold. The vacation included my parents and my 11YO border collie. My border collie loves swimming but is older and not able to jump from the dock, however was able to use the beach with ease. Loved going on a morning walks down the street littered with amazing lake views from both sides of the peninsula then using the fire pit in the evenings by the lake. We ended up night fishing with great success; my dad caught 20 fish in one night! As for local recommendations, we followed the dinner recs to the letter without disappoint. The only negative, besides going home 🙄 , was the living room furniture isn't the most comfortable as the couch is a bit lower than typical. However, this was very minor as our main places to lounge revolved around the lake and outdoor features. Overall, I have no regrets and will definitely return

Very comfortable home for our stay. We had our 2 families of 4 (4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 7-16) and had plenty of room. Great location and easy to get to all restaurants and grocery stores within 10-15 minutes. Rented a boat for 2 days which was perfect and had a place off the side of the dock to tie up the boat we rented. House was as advertised and the views were fantastic. The dock was my kids favorite place to hang out and swim. We would absolutely rent here again in the future.

Perfect Stay...we couldn't have asked for a better home for my daughter's 16th birthday sleepover with her friends. The house is absolutely beautiful. It was spacious, clean and had everything we need to feel right at home. The view of the lake and the trees were just what we needed to distract us from a bunch of teenager girls. The girls had a great time, swimming in the pool, doing smores by the firepit and watching movies in the basement. We rented a boat which was able to come right up to the dock. Thank you AvantStay for accommodating all my requests. You all were the perfect host for this perfect occasion. We are all ready to come back.
