“This was easily one of the best airbnb experiences we've had to date. Matt is an excellent communicator for starters. The space itself is cute, ideally located, clean, and has a lot of little touches that really make your stay stress and hassle free! In particular all of his restaurant and hiking recommendations were spot on. We absolutely loved C'ville and staying here had a lot to do with it!”
This wonderful studio is perfect for any person (or couple) traveling to UVa who wants to be right in the middle of everything! It's less than 5 minutes to grounds and 15 minutes to the John Paul Jones (JPJ) Arena. Side note: because of its proximity to campus, there are fraternity houses nearby. But there's more than just location! You have a reserved parking spot out front, high speed internet, an HDTV with Roku and a full kitchen to keep the your eating out budget to a minimum.
“Awesome spot to stay while I was working in Charlottesville! Great communication, super clean, and just what I needed for a quick trip. Another time I'd love to walk around the neighborhood and campus! Will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.”
Our house is located in a quiet, breathtaking neighborhood, just minutes, by foot, from Charlottesville's fabulous pedestrian mall. From the Mall a free trolley is available, or you can walk, to the grounds of the University of Virginia.
“Staying at Matt's place was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend it. The room and bathroom was clean and cozy, parking was easy, and Matt was very quick to respond to communication and make sure I had everything I needed for a good stay. It seemed like he had put some thought and effort into being accommodating and making a nice space. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but it only took us about 12 minutes to walk to the Charlottesville downtown mall. Overall a very good experience.”
