Maison de campagne de charme, entièrement rénovée de façon contemporaine, composée de 3 chambres (chacune avec sa salle de bain), une grande cuisine, un salon avec poêle à bois et une vaste salle à manger. La maison possède un très grand jardin arboré de 5000m2. Le village de Recloses est un des plus charmant du Gâtinais. La foret de Fontainebleau est à proximité immédiate de la maison, on peut partir pied pour des randonnées. La maison n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Accommodation located in our private courtyard with all amenities (equipped kitchen, stove, cozy bedroom upstairs, bathroom with large shower). In the heart of the 3 Pignons massif (Fontainebleau forest), nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to the forest. Château de Fontainebleau and Grand Parquet 10 minutes away. Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

House in the forest inspired by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, swimming pool and terrace in a dominant position in a remarkable environment. Great for a stay in the middle of the forest, an hour from Paris. Many shoots, filming and corporate seminars are held on site. Train station 700 m away, shops 2 km away. Another house is also rented on the property. We limit the house to six people, with a quiet atmosphere. A caretaker resides on site.

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.
