Quiet, at the back of our house. Not overlooked. In the countryside, close to towpath and lock Private terrace. Picnic table. No smoking. Dining room / living room / TV, separate kitchen, toilet and shower room. Upstairs, large bedroom/living room/TV/office with 140 x 190 bed and 140 x 190 sofa bed. Refrigerator, oven, microwave, gas stove, washing machine. Sheets available. Cleaning to be done before leaving, thank you :-)

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As we can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We have optimized the space to the maximum. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Possibility of parking easily in the street for free.

Here you can visit the "Refuge de l 'Arche" (animal park) Close to the river ,on the way to "la françette à vélo" ideal for walks. Easy parking and close to the city center Bakery at the bottom of the building . Nice green park just behind the building.
