Our 72 m2 outbuilding at the foot of the forest, Fontainebleau (8 min), golf and Grand Parquet (5 min) will seduce you. on the ground floor: kitchen and dining area and toilet. upstairs: a living room with a sofa bed, a large family room with a double bed and two single beds, shower room and toilet. Departure from the house on foot for a walk in the forest. Depending on our respective availability, we can either welcome you or make the key available to you. Tassimo coffee maker. House on the banks of the Loing, from 1 to 6 guests. Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private pontoon, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, and a travel cot. Great for a chic, relaxing, calm and zen country stay!

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Charming 80 m2 detached house in a quiet property, in the heart of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Our accommodation is located 1 hour from Paris by the A6, 15 minutes from Montargis, 20 minutes from Nemours, and 10 minutes from Château-Landon, Great for a stay with family or friends in the colors of nature, great for remote working in peace. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the accommodation is not returned in an acceptable condition.

Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).
