We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Nid douillet et cosy . ( non fumeur svp ) . La lumière y est très présente. Environnement calme , magnifique. Parfait pour sillonner la vallée de la Vézère. Au cœur du triangle d or : Sarlat Perigueux Bergerac. À 10 mn des Eysies : capitale de la préhistoire. Grottes , jardins , châteaux , randonnées, canoës … Notez svp , que seul un poêle à bois assure le chauffage en hiver. C est très agréable . Bois fourni. Du 1 juillet au 31 août : arrivées et départs le samedi . Au plaisir .

A covered terrace opens onto nearly 1 hectare of private forest and its marked paths. With its 2 bedrooms, shower room, equipped kitchen, seating area and air conditioning, comfort is at the rendezvous for 1 stay full of pleasure. The historic town of Périgueux is 7 minutes away.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

My house is located in a very quiet little hamlet - birdsong guaranteed 😊 - 15 minutes from Périgueux, 8 minutes from Brantôme (green Venice of the Périgord), and Bourdeilles with its river and castle. Great place to relax, explore the Dordogne, this beautiful diverse department, bike, motorbike, canoe or hike in the surrounding forests.

Have a great time in our 4* cottage in the countryside, 15 minutes from Périgueux. Chill out on the terrace or put on your sneakers to go for a walk directly from the cottage. Discover Périgueux, its cathedral and market, the Tourtoirac cave, the Hautefort castle, the Brantôme abbey, the Bourdeilles castle and many other Périgord treasures.

The cabin house

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.
