Between the lake and the mountains, a nice site and beautiful location for our recently renovated cottage. Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Alpaga A - Modern and Luxurious

Newly built and completed in 2020, Chalet Alpaga is a beautiful family chalet, boasting south-west views both up and down the valley, surrounded on 3 sides by fields and just 10 minutes walk to the centre of the pretty mountain village of Chatel. It is perfectly set up for a large family, with space for everyone. The chalet has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is also a family room on the lower level which leads out to the hot tub.

Multipass summer Nice little 2-story chalet that includes an entrance with storage, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a living room and wood-burning stove, all giving access to a south-facing balcony. One toilet and one bathroom. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a toilet. The first bedroom with 1 king size bed and the other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. All 3 equipped with storage and give access to a balcony.

50 m2 apartment on the ground floor in house

My place is good for families. It is located 19 km from Lake Geneva and 24 km from Morgins (Swiss border town), close to winter sports resorts, Bernex (9 km), Abondance, Chapelle d'Abondance and Châtel, Morzine-Avoriaz which are part of the Portes du Soleil area (connected to two countries). You will have a terrace and a play area, garden. A room is also available for storing ski and bike equipment.

Chalet 8 people, magnificent view

When we sought to realize our 30-year-old dream of having a pied-à-terre in the mountains, and we visited this chalet, we instantly felt at home and conquered by the magnificent and panoramic view it offers. Access may seem a bit "complicated" at first (70 steps)... During our first visit before the purchase, it seemed "too much" but, once inside, the inconvenience was swept away in 3 seconds!

Ideally located between the lake and the mountains, this Provencal house enjoys exceptional views over Lake Geneva and the Alps. With its terrace hidden from view, you can enjoy the panoramic views while having a meal. Jacuzzi option: If you wish to use the Jacuzzi, we ask for a supplement of 100 CHF for the entire stay (included: (chemical, energy, hot and clean water).
