Holiday rentals with a patio in Châtel

A fabulous stay, close to Morzine pleney/super Morzine using Bus U or P. A perfect stay for a couple or solo traveller. Has all the amenities needed, close to the supermarket “Sherpa”, TV is smart TV, so perfect for watching films after a long day on the slopes. Very little noise if any from roadside and quiet area. Would 100% stay again in the future. Nitzan’s communication throughout was also superb.

Great apartment. Easy access to the Supermorzine lift, we rented skis there and left the skis at the lift every day which made getting out each day very quick after a short walk from the apartment. Nice to have an oven.

Lovely stay at the holiday apartment with many home comforts and all the kitchen equipment you may need. Large enough for a large family and very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Claire was a lovely, friendly host who has gone to the trouble to produce an invaluable glossy magazine that has the apartment details, local food shops, restaurants, excursions and sights all listed. The apartment is modern, clean and airy. However, we spent most of our time in the garden as the Eastern views of the terraced vineyards, lake and mountains is breathtaking!!! My wife had visited the area before for work and I can now see why she wanted to return with me. Wonderful apartment and tremendous locale!

Beautiful, comfortable chalet with gorgeous interiors. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious. We loved the sauna and the hot tub. The views from the chalet are wonderful and the position excellent. We woukd love to return.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, allie charme et modernité grâce à ses équipements dernier cri. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Une véritable parenthèse au vert que je recommande vivement !

Chalet parfaitement équipé, à 20 minutes à pied de la remontée mécanique du Vercland et de quelques restaurants. L’endroit est calme est féerique lorsqu’il y a de la neige (sûrement très bien sans neige mais nous avons eu de la neige d’avoir un Noël enneigé)!

Magnifique endroit avec superbe vue, où nous avons passé de très agréables vacances en famille. De nombreuses activités pour tous les âges et tous les goûts à proximité : ski alpin, avec un espace pour les enfants, ski de fond, randonnées hivernales, pistes pour de jolies balades en raquettes... Le chalet est impeccable et très confortable, avec une superbe vue. Marco est un hôte accueillant et réactif. Merci encore pour cette formidable semaine très appréciée !

Logement parfaitement bien situé, vraiment à quelques mètres de l'accès des pistes, au cœur de la station avec accès à pied aux commerces de premières nécessités et restaurants. La situation géographique permet cette proximité tout en étant au calme. La vue sur les montagnes et sur les remontées fait son petit effet en période hivernale. L'accès rdc permet d'entrer dans le logement sans rien salir tout en laissant ses affaires de ski. Taille du logement suffisante pour 5 pers (4 adultes et 1 enfants). Les deux SDB/WC sont trés bien pour optimiser les préparations. Seuls bémols qui pourront rapidement être rectifiés : - le matelas de la chambre ou le lit est surélevé et à jeter (cuvette, impossible de dormir dedans). - Logement avec beaucoup de grande toile d'araignée (sdb du haut, en dessus des lits..) ainsi que pas mal de poussière (aspirateur bouché à notre arrivé). Great and calm chalet in Morzine with a nice patio, jacuzzi and lots of space for ski and bike equipment.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und der Whirlpool mit dem Ausblick war überwältigend! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!

A great little place with views of the Neon in the distance.

We stayed at Les Seracs in Villars for a long weekend during our “Grand Tour” of Europe. Of all the places we stayed in this apartment stood out. It is beautifully designed and the spring sun bathed the balcony and sitting room in sunlight for most of the day. The views are quite majestic. The bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable, there is a choice of a shower or bath and the large well equipped kitchen has all you need and easy to entertain around the large dining room table. It is well located for the village centre (4 mins walk) where you can find excellent restaurants and a good variety of shops, including a well stocked Coop supermarket. The train station and Roc d’ Orsay gondola are also a short walk from the chalet, both providing access to the mountains. We enjoyed our walk at Bretaye and found the beautiful (and delicious!) lakeside restaurant at Lac des Chavonnes. Our host Taline responded to our couple of requests immediately. We highly recommend.

Parfait séjour et ce logement y été pour beaucoup, propre, moderne, bien décoré, pratique pour partir en famille. L'arrêt de bus à 5 min à pied, petite résidence privé très sympa flambant neuf. Niveau vaisselle et équipement tout y est. Cuisine fonctionnelle, le logement est bien grand, casiers pratique, beaucoup de serviettes ect ... enfin.. rien ne manquait je ne vois aucun point négatif vraiment. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the Super Morzine lift and bus stop if you want to go to the Prodains. The pleney isn’t too far either. The bus for Ardent is just over the bridge also. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby like Bertine, Chaudanne and Le Local Morzine. Hubert sports have got lockers downstairs for 10 euros per day if you prefer to leave your skis there after you’ve finished.

Que dire..il y a longtemps que je n avais pas quitté un lieu de vacances le cœur serré.le bilan n est que positif +++,l appartement est juste sublime,il propose tout ce dont on a besoin , décoré avec goût très paisible,les nuits sont calmes,c est pas compliqué on ne veut plus en partir et le plus c est cette vue a couper le souffle,on ne s en lasse pas.merci a Isabel pour ce bel appartement,son amabilité et d être toujours disponible ,je reviendrai c est sûr.

Un grand merci à Natalia pour son accueil exceptionnel ! Elle est aux petits soins chaque jour, toujours disponible et attentionnée. La maison est très jolie, bien équipée, et idéalement située, proche de tout. Un vrai coup de cœur, j’y retournerais avec plaisir. Je recommande vivement !

We had a wonderful stay. Our stay was during the very 'low season' (end of May to early June) so the summer lifts hadn't opened but we still found plenty to do and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. The walk down into Morzine was lovely. We would love to return in the future.

A perfect week in Morzine. We had such a great week in Natalia’s apartment, perfect location and such an ideal set up for our family. Homely but stylish. The kitchen was also so well equipped, had everything you needed and more! Thank you so much for having us, we’d love to return at some point.
