Small house near highway exit, adjoining my property 2 km from Chatel-guyon in a small village of Auvergne, upstairs 2 bedrooms with dressing room. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, sofa bed, bathroom, terrace. Sauna 10 euros for 30 min up to 4 people. Swimming pool 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for guests staying more than 1 night, schedules to be defined on arrival. Located about 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 40 minutes from Vichy.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with terrace or balcony, bathroom, dressing room, toilet. A 382 m2 lot The house, due to its architecture, is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Indeed, before arriving at this peaceful retreat, there are stairs.

Ideally located 5 minutes from Vulcania, 20 minutes from Puy de Dôme and 30 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. The trailer is located on my property. It has two 140 x 190 beds. The bathroom is private (shower - sink - dry toilet). Linens and towels are provided.
