The view is relaxing, without direct neighbors: the living room to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, overlook the canal and the Saint-Sauveur Church (17th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

Beautiful apartment of 70 square meters refurbished in April 2021. Located on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of the old town of La Rochelle. It is warm and through, so it provides you with light all day long. It consists of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Thanks to the sound insulation, it allows you to benefit from all the advantages of city life without the disadvantages.

Apartment ideally located in the city center of La Rochelle, two minutes walk from the central market. It is located in the heart of the historic center, shopping streets, restaurants and the Old Port. Comfortable and bright apartment on the first floor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. I am currently looking for a parking space, I have not yet found one for this year.
