Holiday rentals with beach access in Châtelaillon-Plage

We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Lisa's, the location is really great, the apartment is very charming. It is well equipped for babies (our son is 15 months old) with high chair, gate for walking etc. Very nice with the terrace and all the windows.

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

A very nice apartment with a view of the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The accommodation is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and the city center of La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station.

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the La Concurrence beach. The location is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the port des minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the station.

Great spot - easy for the beach and amenities. Easy parking lots to do and very cosy. The bedroom at the bottom of the garden was a treat.

spacious and very bright accommodation. nothing is missing. superb garden for children to play freely. ping pong and bike available. we will probably come back.

We had a pleasant stay at this place which is by far the cleanest we have had. The weather did not allow us to enjoy the pretty terrace but from the inside we were still able to contemplate the very beautiful wooded garden a real pleasure... In addition, communication went very well with our host and was able to arrange several points, including the check-in time. If we have to return to the area we would not hesitate to return to this lovely place. It's a flawless one for us! You can go there without a second thought!!!

The little cottage is close to the city center, which is great for walking around. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and there is a very convenient parking space in front!

Very good stay at Christelle and Gérard's, very welcoming and friendly couple. The accommodation is very practical, well designed and ideally located. The neighborhood is very quiet.

We were lucky enough to arrive with the flowering of China's pittosporum which offered us its delicate orange blossom and jasmine fragrance at each pass🧡 That it was quiet to be able to safely leave our bikes in the courtyard out of sight! An outdoor outlet made it easy for us to charge our e-bikes. And what a pleasure to have only the road to cross to go to the beach 🤩 Anyway...a delicious stay at Gwendoline's.

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessary. The beach is within walking distance in less than 15 minutes. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

Comfortable and very well located accommodation, 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle along the sea and 8 minutes from Port Neuf. Adapted and quality amenities Everything is provided. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!
