Beach house holiday rentals in Chatham

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in Cape Cod! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you need.. It’s clean, charming, and feels like a true getaway spot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lisa's place is so lovely. It is so peaceful and has a great view. Check in was super easy and everything was as expected. Lisa is a great communicator and we were easily able to get questions answered. When we had an issue (not related to our stay) Lisa was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

The perfect house for a family vacation! From outside, the yard was well manicured, the fire pit and Adirondack chairs were great and the grill and outdoor table were perfect for a night of grilling out. On the inside, the house was beautifully decorated. Comfortable sectional couch, kitchen had everything we needed, both bathrooms were very clean and all beds were very comfortable! The house had everything we needed to to have a comfortable stay!! Oh yea…the beach wagon with chairs and umbrella was very convenient. Quick walk to end of the street and we were at the beach!! 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely home on Cape Cod. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook breakfast and appetizers and feel right at home. One of the highlights was the beautiful view—perfect for relaxing mornings or evenings. The location is also great, just a short distance from the Cape Cod Canal, which was perfect for walking and biking. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway on the Cape!

Nice spot for sure in a quiet and private neighborhood. Pretty good location, especially if you want to go to the Outer Cape or to the islands. Rich communicated well and made the whole process a breeze.

Bill and his place are both lovely- the house is walkable to both beach and town with a great little yard. Bill is a great host- proactive, friendly, and helpful

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Amanda's place was a wonderful retreat for me and my son. It was walkable to the beach, close to bike trails, and nice restaurants in area. Happy to find a wagon for the beach that she provided. she also had beach chairs and provided all that you need. she was responsive to any questions.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Great, central location in the Cape. The decor was perfect for the coastal vibe. Home was very comfortable & welcoming. Backyard is fantastic to unwind by the pool & fire. The outdoor shower was a hit. We were a group of 8 women who were very comfortable for sleeping arrangements & bathrooms. The home was very clean. Host was very friendly & responsive. Definitely would recommend!!

We loved our stay in Justin’s home. The house is well-stocked, beds are comfortable, and our family had plenty of room. Justin was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Renting towels and sheets was new for us, but it was easy and all set up for us when we arrived. We loved the huge front porch and enjoyed coffee and the quiet neighborhood outdoors each morning. We would definitely return if we make another trip that way.

We loved this house !! Everything was as described in listing and more !! Will definitely be booking with Don & Sandy again in the future.. The house was amazing! So well thought out with so much stuff for both kids and adults to do inside and outside! Pool was refreshing and they even had a pool guy come clean it during our stay which was great :) It was also very well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies (garbage bags, dish soap ect.) Hosts were very proactive and professional making sure that we were good and taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about our experience this stay ❤️

I hesitate to write an honest review because I know this place will grow in popularity and I’ll have a hard time making a future reservation. I kinda want to keep it hidden…selfishly. This place was expensive- although in line with the cost of the area- but you get a lot of special awesomeness that make it worth it. The top 2 things we loved the most: 1) POOL: this is the nicest pool I have ever entered. Salt pool but not overly salty. Heated but not too hot. Perfect. 2) Steps from the Cape Cod Trail. Utterly lovely property in every way. Wonderful hosts. Memories made ❤️ We will be back!

Beautiful rental with a gorgeous deck where you can sit back and relax ⚓️ The rooms were good sized and the beds were cozy . Being oceanfront was so worth it! We were very happy with our stay .

We had the best time staying here for our girls weekend! The space was just like the photos—super clean so comfortable for a group. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and sleep comfortably, and the living area was cozy and great for hanging out. The location was great too—close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this place for any group getaway. We’d absolutely come back!

Amie’s place was perfect for our family - myself, my husband, my parents, our 6 year old son and our 9 year old dog. This was the MOST dog-friendly place we’ve ever stayed. It had a fully fenced in back yard and so many toys available for our dog to play with. It was the most comfortable I’ve ever seen him on vacation. It was also perfect for the rest of the family too as it was centrally located between Harwich and downtown Chatham, which we visited frequently, and a short distance to the bike trail. It felt like a home to us during our stay, especially with the games in the basement and outdoor games in the garage, comfortable bedrooms for all of us, and spacious kitchen and living room area. I would highly highly recommend!

The home was comfortable and charming. Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. Everything we needed. Beach is about 1/2 mile at the end of the road. Convenient to shopping and a wonderful pie shop. Lots of restaurants. I think we tried most.

Me and my wife had never been to the cape and we both turned 60 so we wanted to do something we have never did before. We decided to give Cape Cod a try. i went with very low expectations . Boy was i wrong. We had no idea if Chatham was the right place to stay or not. We randomly picked this house and we are so happy we did. it was is in a nice location close to the beaches and also close to the restaurants and shopping. What a great way to celebrate our 60th birthdays. i’m d reccomend this house to anyone looking for a great location with hosts who are easy to get a hold of and a very clean well kept place.
