Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

GWP - Rectory North

2000 sq foot semi detached (north wing) 100 year old recotry on a private estate. And yes that’s a woodburner you can see in the photo and yes you can use it :-))) The gorgeous pool is shared with two other properties and you can use it any time between 10-6pm daily. Cloth Worker's Barn is an outstanding barn conversion, set in the grounds of Cloth Hall, a 15th C timber hall house and has been transformed into a modern space full of vibrancy and elegance, yet retaining its grand features. The property now boasts a spacious open plan living area with a beautiful kitchen, both stylish and functional and three stunning double bedrooms.Guests also have access to a heated outdoor swimming pool in the warmer half of the year.

The Cliffe Studio is a new, luxurious, secluded 2 bedroom, 2 en-suite villa style apartment which can comfortably sleep a maximum of 6 guests, with a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating. Alpaca Lodge is an annex of the owner's home Fifield Lodge, in the quintessentially English hamlet of Borden, close to the market town of Sittingbourne in Kent. The sitting room and bedroom is on the first floor and furnished in a contemporary style, whilst the shower and toilet are located on the ground floor.
