Had a great time here in La and the place was great, just in the right spot not too far from anywhere and was very comfortable!

Marvin’s place exceeded our expectations! The kids loved the place and felt right at home. Marvin was a great host: he checked in during our stay, updated us with events happening around the neighborhood, and was super friendly and easy to get ahold of. Will be considering his place next trip to LA! 1000/10 recommend ! :)

We had a very nice stay for 3 nights and were so grateful for the pool on this really hot weekend!! The place was super clean and well appointed and the hosts were really kind and responsive. It needs to be noted that the house has been converted to a duplex style home so it doesn’t feel completely private, if that’s what you’re looking for and the pool area has a surveillance camera which I, personally, don’t love. We didn’t see anyone else, we had the pool to ourselves which the owners make a point of ensuring so that was nice.

A most charming cottage. Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. The surroundings feel like a meditation center. Very lush and peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed running in the large backyard. John communicated frequently and promptly. Overall, we, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cozy house.

Lisa’s place was so cute and nice! I had an amazing stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The area was really nice. If I had any questions, Lisa responded to me quickly. She even allowed me to check in a little earlier. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had two events at CSUN scheduled for the weekend and our home is a two hour drive away. We chose this home because of the proximity to the university and the available pool and spa. The pool and spa hours were a bit limiting, it would have been nice to have a relaxing soak after a late graduation. We still enjoyed the space immensely and the hosts were very kind. The beds are especially comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Great experience! Would highly recommend.

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

I stayed at Taylor and Don’s for a week. I had come from Marina del Ray (staying with a friend) so had got used to that side of LA. If you’re from Melbourne AUS - it’s like Southside vs Northside. Coming to the other side as a woman traveling alone, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the area. But Taylor and Don were like instant friends; welcoming, super helpful, answered all my ‘can I walk alone at night questions’ and I felt super safe in their apartment. Plus I really enjoyed our other chats when I did run into them briefly. The apartment has everything you need. It’s cosy and warm when it’s cold and wet (random couple of rainy days); nice and cool after being out in the LA heat all day. The space is well thought out, aesthetically pleasing & has the best views to watch the sunset with a glass of vino. Plus it’s so close to good coffee & croissants (Doubting Thomas). It was also really easy for me to get to and from the galleries/sites/bars/shops etc on my list. Sooo I’ll be back!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

My second stay here, I had a longer term stays about weeks each time. I returned because of the peace I found in the space and because Joseph and Saeideh were thoughtful and very responsive hosts. The perks for me were the outdoor Balcony, the privacy and the YMCA which I joined for the pool and gym for a very reasonable price ( Spring Sale). Loved how the house was tucked back from the street. Great natural light, beautiful little garden and trees, I was able to get some nice cross drafts with the windows open, but the Central air conditioning was powerful and quiet- On some nights, I used the ceiling fans. Appreciated the extra bedroom to have a lounge area. Overall, this place was thoughtfully laid out with no extra stuff and a small work desk came in handy for zoom calls. I walked the neighborhood - loved the vibe, lots of old trees, cactus, safe for walking day or night met neighbors on my strolls. Only downside was no laundry in unit for a longer stay- But laundromats near by.

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.

A magical stay right on the water! We could not have been happier with this location. The space was extremely clean and comfy and right on the ocean. It is not super private because all units share a courtyard/ocean access, but that didn’t bother us. Toilet was very fancy. You are right on PCH but once you are inside it doesn’t feel that way at all. Communicative hosts. Will be back!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The space was cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location. Safe and gated parking. The property was nice, very spacious and well equipped.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Second time we’ve stayed in Cara’s place & loved it. The apartment literally has everything you could think of, the bed is comfy. The style is shabby chic & beautiful. We’ve been visiting Santa Monica every other year for the past 24 & weeks would always have this as our first choice. Thanks Cara & Lori Xx

This was the perfect place to stay — close to Magic Mountain, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoyed the pool and lounging on the deck. The only downside was we couldn’t find pool towels. Used a bath towel instead, which was fine. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Tom.
