What a beautiful and relaxing place to go. A true hikers treehouse to escape to and unwind.

Cozy comfortable space. My husband and I and three teenagers grandchildren enjoyed the space I have mobility issues and was concerned before we arrived, but the location is perfect. There are four steps with a sturdy railing. The house is one level with wide doors and uncluttered. There is a small step to the washer/dryer The shower was large and beautiful. No grab bars I used my walker. The bed was heavenly. We’d stay again if in the area.

Our stay at this cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains was absolutely perfect. The outdoor spaces were the true highlight — multiple levels and seating areas were nice and I could see it being a highlight for larger groups for everyone in the group to spread out, relax, and take in the gorgeous mountain views. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying the stars at night, every spot felt special. Inside, the cabin was just as inviting. It had a warm, homey feel and plenty of comfortable spaces to hang out, play games, or curl up with a book. The neighborhood itself was beautiful and peaceful — perfect for morning or evening walks — and the location was great for exploring. We were just a short drive from great restaurants and fun activities. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a peaceful yet well-connected mountain retreat!

Quiet, serene, and very private. Sitting on the “beach” at night with a fire in the pit, listening to the songs of the frogs was our favorite part. If you go, make sure to stop at Smokehouse BBQ about 5 minutes away - amazing smoked ‘Q.

Beautiful, amazing and perfect for a getaway with friends or romantic stay. Architecturally stunning. Great example of mid-century modern with lots of cut outs, glass and details. Not for the mobile challenged (stairs and a bit of a walk from the car parking) and lots of glass (you give some privacy with other house mates) so if that is not your thing, I wouldn't recommend it. Very quiet except when you open the doors to the waterfall. First day, some water cascading over but after a rain it was all white and mesmerizing. Beds are small but very comfortable. I was able to cook some great meals and they had a lot of items you don't always have, like aluminum foil. Took the hosts recommendation for a vineyard (distillery was the highlight) and a stop in Toccoa, GA. Just book it and enjoy.

This cabin is the perfect place to unwind! It is very private feeling even though it is in a neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable, place was clean and we had everything we needed. Having use of kayaks was a great plus, we paddled to Georgia Veterans park to swim. Would highly recommend for a relaxing vacation!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Communication with the host was smooth. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. It was clean. Would stay here again.

The home is nice and beautiful. It was a lot insect but it’s the south. The rooms were clean and nice. The only thing was some wonders outside at night at times walking up and down the street.

My girlfriend and I were blessed that Meredith let us stay in their home. It was very clean and the perfect space for a stay around Atlanta.

Stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday. he is into smart homes and gave me kudos on finding this gem. Being right upstairs from the beltline was amazing...got in a nice run before we headed home. Will have to visit another time and explore beltline again, will def stay here again.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking waking up to that scenery every morning was like a dream. The space was beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was just right. I was greeted by churo and rico.. a dynamic duo comprised of a sweet donkey and a mini horse with bangs. Getting inside was simple and the moment i opened the door i felt calm. Very clean, set up in a thoughtful way.. and the space just had a slowed down vibe. In the morning i said my good byes to the duo and was on my way. While i enjoyed the rain on the tin roof, i wish i couldve enjoyed the fire pit! NEXT TIME!

A great location for relaxation and privacy. The view from the front porch is a lovely. I highly recommend for a weekend get away.

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

It was nice coming to a home that was clean and ready to go. All of our essentials were provided and it was a comfortable stay. Bryce was very nice and communicated in a timely manner.

Great location including restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Easy highway access to travel around the metro. The property was very clean, relaxing, and felt cozy. Our hosts were fabulous and responsive. Absolutely would stay here again next time in come to the Atlanta area!
