Holiday rentals with a patio in Chavanod

Super well-equipped home in a stunning location. Both we and our children loved it - particularly the 2 (nearly 3) year old, who had a fabulous time with the indoor and outdoor toys. The chiringuito bar by the lakefront was a lovely place to relax in the early evening, and we also hired bikes from Nomad in Angon (approx 25min walk away) to cycle round the beautiful lake, which was fabulous. We hope to return next year for longer, as there is so much to see and do.

Très bon séjour, l’hôte a été très réactif lorsque nous avons eu besoin ! La première plage se situe à 5 minutes à pied. L’endroit est paisible. Je recommande ce logement !

Roberto was such an amazing host although he wasn’t able to greet us personally his lovely sweet mother helped us instead. She greeted me by the door and welcomed me warmly into the apartment and showed me everything I will need for the stay. The place is such a beautiful apartment and so modern. Roberto was super proactive and messaged to make sure we were fine and welcomed any messages if we needed help. The apartment itself is super clean, has all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay and is beautifully decorated. Thank you once again we will definitely stay there again if we get the chance to come back that way.

Genève is een prachtige en interessante stad, waar niet alleen Calvijn vandaan kwam, maar ook Rousseau en Voltaire. Wij moesten onderzoek doen in de archieven van de universiteit en naar Chateau Coppet en Lausanne. Het appartement van Julia is prachtig en comfortabel met een heerlijk balkon. Het is gesitueerd in een mooi statig pand.

Magnifique appartement qui donne l’impression d’avoir son propre chalet avec une très belle terrasse plein sud face aux pistes de Boissonnet. Très bel espace de vie, cuisine extrêmement bien équipe (rarement vu autant de vaisselle dans une location Airbnb), literie confortable. Accès au village en 10-15mn a pied ou avec service de bus gratuits. A noter qu’avec enfants jeunes qui marchent, il faut marcher 5mn bord de route pour accéder au rond point de boissonnet; ce qui n’est pas très confortable. Superbe location, on a passé un excellent séjour.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit toller Ausstattung im Herzen von Aix-les-Bains. Fußgängerzone und Hauptgeschäftsstraße in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alexandre war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und hat immer sehr schnell reagiert. Anreise und Abreise waren ganz problemlos. Viele leckere Restaurants in direkter Umgebung zu Fuß erreichbar. Großer Parkplatz direkt gegenüber. Man kann viel Parkgebühr sparen, wenn man sich anmeldet und ein Abonnement abschließt. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

we stayed 3 weeks at the appartment and had a fantastic time. It was perfect for us, having 3 bedrooms including one with a desk with good wifi (for a bit of working). Life was easy with free easy parking, and a place for bikes in the basement. The appartment was very homey and convenient. The beds were good, the view on the balcony was peaceful. Lots of storage in built-in cupboards. The location was perfect: 15 min walk to the lake beach, 10 min bike to the old town via the lake, near the mountains, and right in front are all the shops for food (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, bread, pharmacy), plus a market once a week ! The host was very friendly and very responsive. The only thing to note is that the walls between the 3 bedrooms are quite thin and we could hear through. (but the living room is well separated) Would totally do it again and will recommend to others.

Un grand merci pour ce logement qui réunissait tout ce que nous attendions pour ce week end. La possibilité d'aller à la ferme de Gy à pied est un grand plus.

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Super séjour entre amis dans la maison de Pascale. Tout était parfait, d une propreté irréprochable, la maison correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Elle est très confortable et il y a plein de belles choses à voir et à faire dans cette belle region. Pascale a ete très réactive et a répondu à nos attentes. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Communication fluide avant l'arrivée. Accueil très chaleureux. Maison tout à la fois rustique, rénovée et décorée avec goût. Maison idéale pour que chacun profite d'intimité tout en se réunissant autour d'une grande table ou à l'extérieur. Cuisines bien équipée. Vaisselle adaptée à un grand groupe. Extérieur très agréable, vaste. Nombreuses activités environnantes.

Très agréable séjour au pied de la pointe des Brasses ! Terrasse et jardin paisibles. Vacances très ressourçantes. Beaucoup de jeux de société et livres dispo en cas de mauvais temps ou pour rester au calme à la maison.

A l'écoute. Si on lui fait une demande rapidement il y repond. Personne tres agreable et serviable. Je recommande

Christian et Véronique ont le sens de l'hospitalité. Logement bien rénové, fonctionnel et très propre. Christian est très avenant et Véronique, bien qu'absente ces jours-ci, a préparé notre arrivée (gâteau savoyard, confiture maison, produits du quotidien). Vélos dont un tandem disponibles et utiles pour visiter les environs. Merci à vous deux !

Superbe logement, à proximité du lac, et dans un très joli village! Super accessible avec le bus, qui s'arrête juste devant la maison.

bon séjour, appartement agréable, parking privé, tout s'est bien déroulé, juste un petit bémol : l'accès à la douche n'est pas facile d'occupation pour toutes personnes (handicapés, enceintes , ou ayant quelques rondeurs.).

logement au rez-de-chaussée avec une belle terrasse à l'abri des regards. Le studio est confortable, la cuisine est pratique et bien équipé, même si je n'ai passé qu'une seule nuit. Centre ville accessible à pieds en 5min, restaurants, parc... hôte très agréable.

Ce fût (trop) court mais exceptionnel, le logement est sincèrement magnifique et paisible ! Tout se trouve à proximité, le lac d'Annecy n'est pas du tout loin et avec les vélos à disposition c'est encore mieux pour s'y balader tout autour. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et ce petit séjour !

Charmant studio fonctionnel. Terrasse très agréable et jardin magnifique avec la rivière en contrebas. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Annecy, France - April 14-21, 2025 (7 nights) Excellent location! Right in the heart of downtown, across from Centre Commercial Courier with a large Monoprix—perfect for everyday essentials. Walkable to the lake, old town, and all of Annecy’s main attractions, with the train and bus stations just steps away. The apartment is modern, spotless, and well-organized. The spacious bedroom has a super comfortable mattress with cotton bedding and towels. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, ideal for cooking. The bathroom has great water pressure and a separate toilet for added convenience. The bright, roomy living area and mudroom-style entry add extra comfort. A large balcony overlooks the lively Italian Trattoria—great for people-watching and delicious food! Delphine is a kind, attentive host. We were welcomed by Edwidge who gave us a warm welcome and excellent local tips. Don’t miss Le Freti for amazing Savoyard cuisine. We highly recommend this AirBnB—we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable chez Julien ! L’accueil était chaleureux, l’ambiance conviviale et le lieu parfaitement entretenu. Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
